I am very sorry to hear of this. This kind of issue is one we'll always look into once raised to us, but unfortunately this review is the first notification we've had of the issue, so we've had no chance to resolve the potential delivery issue.
Your order appears as fulfilled in our system, and delivery information provided by DPD indicates delivery was made. As it sounds like this is incorrect, I will raise the issue to DPD urgently to have this looked into and resolved. We will communicate this further to you privately via email.
Thanks for using and trusting Golfstar Direct, and I am sorry for the inconvenience. We will be sure to have this investigated thoroughly, and hopefully resolved promptly.
Kind regards,
The Golfstar Team
