They are engaged in dropshipping, did not send any invoice after the purchase, their page does not indicate that the product will be sent directly from a third country, it does not indicate that VAT is not payable. My situation: I chose a part with a suitable price for me, but it turns out that I still have to pay customs duty, PMV tax and administrative fee. As a result, the part costs much more than in other stores. It was also indicated that the part will take up to 8 days to ship, and it has already taken three weeks. The information they provide is false. Their support refuses to cooperate in solving the problem. This seller did not even inform me about the shipment of the part and I only received the tracking number after requesting it via gmail.
