Absolute disgrace, ordered a ring as a gift for my partner. No contact, no response, so I waited for some shipping info, still didn’t get that. After hounding them on Instagram, sending messages and commenting on posts they finally get back to us about the shipping, sent some kind of tracking number that didn’t work/didn’t exist. Again tried to contact them, no response. For them to send a random picture of our parcel being sent to the post office??? When this was supposedly done a week before this.

Received the ring and I felt incredibly embarrassed when my partner opened it (as a birthday gift, which was VERY late) for it to look like something that bad, that even wish wouldn’t send ??

The basket design on the side looked like the diamond shaped holes had been poked through with a small screwdriver, the ring was mucky with a thick black residue and the penny in the centre was wonky with a visible hole around the sides. It was absolutely embarrassing.

After sending a lengthy email with images, asking them why they would send something so defected, followed by emails days after they finally chose to reply with a very blunt ‘we will send another Thursday’

Again the other ring turned up late.

When this one arrived the design at the sides were slightly better but the penny was still wonky, glue residue and a hole where the penny is meant to be fused. The ring had a really bad smell like the last one. I went to go and process a refund and my partner told me to not worry about it due to the carry on we had already experienced.

Slight embarrassment of even wearing it in public and it has already tarnished and the so called ‘gold plating’ has turned a mucky silver colour.
Poor quality, no actual craftsmanship, clearly no quality control checks. Poor customer service, and the 5* reviews must be a joke.

Will NEVER buy from here, again.

Still waiting for customer support after being told my item should have shipped a week ago and then told it would be shipped on two other occasions which didn’t happen. Very vague and inconsistent replies that never really help or answer your questions. Would not order anything other than grillz as that seems to be the main focus as they can deal with you in person.
They only respond to you if you leave negative comments on Instagram too and then they’ll later delete them.

GREAT THAT SHIPPING TIMES HAVE FINALLY DROPPED TO BEING DISPATCHED TO 2/3 DAYS!

Would not recommend ordering at this time . Order a gold chain from this site over a month ago now - have had no email about the item being sent or any correspondence about when it will be. Have sent several emails about this but have had no reply . I understand times are difficult at this time with covid but a message to fill me in on when I might get my order Or if I will get it at all would be great...

Had my grillz made same day for £95 can't even believe the speed booked in and travelled down from London big up lex at the store man I honestly can't tell you how impressed I am!! No where does same day grillz service that I know of DONT HESITATE AT ALL!!!!

GOD AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE better off going somewhere else. ordered a month ago and still hasn't arrived. no word. no replies. NEVER stop here.

Terrible customer service. The worst run business ive encountered. I have been a loyal customer and they dont even have the decency to reply to 3 emails and instagram messages. Stung me out of it. The good reviews are suspicious.

Thank you guys for turning things around my last order took so long but my nee order was received in 4 days. The new smaller website makes so much more sense and is so much easier to use!!!!!! Thank you for the added gift.

Order never arrived, was chasing for around 5 months, had very little communications from them. Kept telling me the order is coming, yet it never arrived and then got ignored after I asked for a refund. So dissapointed.
