I’ve been using Gold Machine for a…

I’ve been using Gold Machine for a while now, and the improvements they’ve made recently are seriously noticeable. Compared to the older version, everything just runs smoother and more efficiently.

The first thing I noticed was the faster response times. Actions that used to take a few seconds now feel almost instant, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to stay productive. Download speeds have clearly been upgraded as well—files come through quicker and more consistently without those annoying slowdowns. Upload speeds are also much better, especially when handling larger files.

Beyond just speed, the overall performance feels more stable and refined. The system seems better optimized, with fewer glitches and interruptions than before. It’s clear that they’ve put real effort into improving both the backend performance and the user experience.

Overall, Gold Machine has made solid progress. The difference between the old and new versions is night and day, and these upgrades make it a much more reliable and efficient platform to use. Definitely a step in the right direction.

I had some winnings from them. But they wouldn't verify my account. So I just played it. I cannot be bought. I wish I had saved the email.

We do not buy reviews, and account verification is never conditional on leaving a review. We have NEVER had anybody mention this.

Please be more mindful before posting lies that can harm an employee's job and livelihood as this is a serious violation that results in employment loss.

There are two completely separate processes. What happened is that we emailed existing customers asking them to write a review using a link that was sent — this is the same link you used to write this review. At no point was your account verification tied to whether or not you left a review.

Horrible experience with this platform

Horrible experience with this platform. I just recently opened a new account with them and they permanently banned my account FOR NO REASON. I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG AND WENT TO SIGN IN AND IT SAID ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY BANNED. CRAZY CAUSE THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME NO EXPLANATION WHY MY ACCOUNT IS BANNED. VERY UPSETTING AND FRUSTRATING. I HAVE PROVIDED PROOF OF ADDRESS AND THEY ARE SAYING I HAVEN'T WHEN I'VE CLEARLY SENT 3 EMAILS WITH MY PROOF OF ADDRESS!!

Your account was opened back in January, and our fraud detection system flagged it for geolocation spoofing. We reached out to you at the beginning of April requesting proof of address so we could verify your account and resolve the issue. That's nearly 2 weeks where this could have been addressed, but unfortunately we never received a response or the requested documentation.

When proof of address is not provided within the required timeframe, we are unable to lift the flag on the account, which ultimately led to the ban. This was not done without reason — there were steps available to resolve it.

That said, if you'd like to resolve this, simply submit your proof of address to our customer support team and we'd be happy to review your account and work toward a resolution.

Will Ban You for Winning and Steal Your Money!


UPDATED AFTER GOLD MACHINE’S RESPONSE

I have literally done nothing except for buy packs and play games. If that counts as bonus abuse when I finally have a good win, then there is still no point to playing on this site. If Gold Machine would answer my email to support with what specifically I did to get banned (other than just winning some money), then maybe we could have resolution. But I’ve been ghosted by support ever since they let me know I was banned out of the blue.

Gold Machine was great at first, but then everything changed when I got lucky and won about 1,100 SC on live Baccarat.

I had submitted a $500 redemption, which got canceled after 2 days. This was confusing, since GM had paid me a couple times before without any issue. I resubmitted the $500 redemption, figuring it was just a system error for them and not suspecting what was going to happen next.

On 04/13/2026, I get an email saying my $500 redemption was canceled, and not just that, but now my entire 1,100-SC balance has been converted to unredeemable SC, for "bonus abuse" (AKA winning big on one of their games).

I have only ever played honestly, so I reached out to Gold Machine support asking them to please clarify what they meant by bonus abuse. Support gets back to me quickly, saying they will look into it and get back to me ASAP. I feel relieved and hopeful that they will fix this obvious error.

About 2 hours after support emailed me saying they were looking into it, I get an email saying I have been BANNED (which means they deleted my 1,100-SC redeemable balance). This makes no sense, so I ask them why they banned me and if they are still going to pay out my winnings. Radio silence since then.

I had spent nearly $900 on game packs on Gold Machine, and they banned me for winning 1,100 SC. This is a scummy tactic, to ban anyone with a large win and steal their money. I liked this site at first, but obviously they cannot be trusted with your money! I would suggest redeeming what you can and leaving this site far behind you. Everyone like hitting big wins, but it just hurts that much more to finally hit one and then have it stolen from you simply for winning... Stay away, if you value your money!

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which all users agree to upon registration, bonus abuse is a violation that results in account suspension. This action was not taken lightly or arbitrarily — it was based on the findings of our detection system and handled in accordance with our policies.

We do not ban players for winning, and we do not steal money. These claims do not reflect how we operate. This pattern is something all social casinos flag and ban respectively. It is not Gold Machine specific.

I've contacted customer support a few…

I've contacted customer support a few times and was not dismissed shut down until I completely understood the answer to my questions. The customer service team has been more than helpful. They really do a great job. I haven't personally cashed out yet not that I wasn't able to, but by my own greed, the new interface user-friendly there's so many varieties of different games overall I give this website at 10 out of 10.
