When you run a small internet business from your home, the last thing you need is for the P.C to go down during a bank holiday weekend! Luckily the first company I called was run by Andy, who understood the urgency and called to rectify the problem on a bank holiday Monday.
It was clear from the start that he new exactly what he was doing and on top of this he was very patient dealing with a technophobic. He explained everything in layman’s terms and I feel much more comfortable now that I know he’s there for me to turn to when any future P.C problems arise.
