Hello, I had an unpleasant experience with this auction, I'll tell you a quick story, I collect VHS and made 5 bids on one of their auctions. 7 days before the end of the auction, I asked to cancel 2 of my bids, since there were no other bids on these lots. To which I received an answer that the bids could not be canceled and that in any case my bids would be outbid by other bidders. As a result, the auction ended and I was added to the invoice for payment, 2 lots for which I asked to cancel bids. After numerous correspondence with support, I asked to close my account and put an end to this auction. It turns out I can’t make a mistake and I can’t cancel my bids in any way, it’s completely absurd. I hope that after eBay recently bought this auction, something will change in their customer service policy. Rating 1 so far, bad experience.
