Great experience!

Great experience. Ordered a table, which unfortunately was then out of stock - was informed quickly and offered the choice to pick an alternative as well as a discount for the inconvenience which, the table I chose instead arrived super quickly (despatched same day) and is fantastic. Really happy all round, great customer service, quick delivery and also the refund for the difference in price & discount was in the account in a matter of day, much quicker than normal retailers.

Ordered a table and chairs and paid for…

Ordered a table and chairs and paid for them in Feb. Next day a message to say the chairs will not be available until April 28th. Ask for options 2 weeks later through messenger as no tel number or email response. Non matched with my colour scheme. Asked for a refund Feb 23 and confirmed 4 working days. STILL WAITING no answer to emails or messages 🤷‍♀️

Terrible customer service

We recently ordered 2x glass tables, they came quickly and are fine. I then needed a VAT receipt so contacted the company. I emailed three, tried ringing loads of times and used the live chat a few times and spoke to Judy, who was completely unhelpful and then rudely just stopped messaging back.

Sadly the table was damaged in transit…

Sadly the table was damaged in transit but we had to use it over Christmas - little help from Goldfan. Should have been a good purchase.

Customerservice

My first nest of tables were damaged so they had to be replaced. I am still waiting for Goldfan to let Klarna know they were returned as I am being charged twice. The tables are very nice but there is still a slight mark on one of them.

Table and chair set

Purchased a glass table and 4 blue velvet chairs. The furniture looks beautiful but there were a couple of issues with the table.

Firstly, when we unwrapped the glass table top there was a defect in the one corner which was quite sharp. Secondly, the instructions were not clear. Attaching the legs to the table top took several attempts before finally constructing. The chairs were much easier to put together.

All our products are checked before being shipped from our factory, unfortunately on occasions damage can occur during shipping. Please do email us, with pictures of the sharp place and we will have arrange to reissue the items for you.

In addition, we will attach installation instructions with the package. If you have any installation difficulties, you can communicate with us in time.

AVOID

Never buy from this company. Its been weeks and I haven't received my item. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Nothing was resolved. I had to take time off from work to wait for deliveries which never came. I'm a key worker so I can't just keep taking days off.
The legs were delivered separately and now they are just sitting in my living room. No one will pick them up and I haven't got a refund.
The worst place I have ever bought from.

UPDATE AFTER REPLY:
I don't understand why I have to wait for you to receive the item back before I get my refund? The issue is the delivery service, why should I have to suffer for this delay.
And what about picking up the legs? No one is acknowledging that and I want that sorted asap. I have tried to resolve this on your live chat, however the person on the other end just stopped replying. This is what I am referring to when I say bad customer service.

It's disappointing that you would leave a review like this, when the refund will refund within the timeframe to and conditions of 2 working days from when the item is returning on the way to our warehouse.

We are trying our best, so please be patient whilst we process your refund within the agreed timeframe given.

Last but not least, I'm so sorry for Hermes' delay. We will take a lesson and minimize the use of Hermes for shipping goods.
