Once again, I am contacting you regarding a matter that remains unresolved.
Today, I received an email from your team asking for my email address, even though I have already provided both the old and the new email addresses in previous correspondence.
To clarify:
My old email address which I can no longer access because my phone was stolen.
My new email adresse is sendet to you already. You have the Information.
This new email was deactivated by your system, and despite this, I have still not received my payment of €4051, which is rightfully owed to me.
I have contacted you multiple times via email and live chat. Each time, I am told that there is no account associated with my email. However, I have clear documentation showing that I did, in fact, have an account with you.
Yesterday, I was informed that my account will remain closed. However, I have still not received any information about what will happen to the amount of €4051.
In the live chat, I am told that there is no account or never was one associated with the email I provided.
I have sent several more emails and requests. I would like to point out that before my account was closed, you paid me only €4000 out of the total of €8051. I was unable to withdraw the remaining amount of €4051 because you closed my account.
Please transfer my remaining funds to the bank account I provided via email.
I do not understand why my payment has not been processed. What is the reason for this delay?
On Trustpilot, I was promised that my case would be resolved and that the payment would be made as soon as possible. What happened to those promises?
I kindly request that you transfer the amount of €4051 to me without further delay. I am entitled to this payment.
