Crumble, good quality it's does what is supposed to definitely be a loyal customer

First few orders were fine. Now they take forever to ship even if you pay extra for faster delivery I would not recommend. And it's a shame because they have great product and prices

Stop ordering. The last few months the delivery has gotten worse and worse. Now I've waited for an expedited order for a week with the website saying it's been shipped and USPS tracking says that the label was created on the 9th and it's waiting for the package. I've emailed the guy and gotten zero response, so I asked for a refund which I will get because PayPal is awesome 😎. But it's because of the law changes and these guys having no tegridy are jumping ship and robbing everyone they can on the way down. I'm trying to warn others. It makes zero sense because they've been great up until the last 3 orders. Slow to fill it even if you paid for next day shipping, it's the next day after it gets to the post office, not when you've ordered. Their website lists the company at 6911 NW 22nd st Suite C Gainesville, FL and looking at images it looks like an empty space with a garbage car backed in like a dope boy out front. I've been using Gold CBD at goldcanna.com as a backup but it sucks because they're looking low on stock. But it's good and cheap like it should be and they're on the other side of the country and without expedited shipping it's far faster than these people have been. Really low move to rip people off, not everyone writes complaints online like I do, some people write them other ways that are less desirable.

They will specifically wait beyond their return period to answer your emails. First order was fine and on the second order they sent me the nastiest stuff I have ever attempted to smoke, it tasted and smelled like burning sugar. They intentionally replied to me email a few hours after the return window had closed. This is fraud in my eyes and they offered no resolution leaving me with filing a chargeback. Not at all worth the trouble

I had to get in touch with the police department the alachua county sheriff's office for this company. They are fraudulent they may send you your first two or three packages but look anywhere online other than their website. If you do it will tell you that a lot of people have the exact same as me first two or three came through and we're very good product very good price. But ever since I can't even get a response back! I ordered with overnight shipping on Monday they haven't even filled the order yet it was supposed to be here for my dad's birthday. That's $200 but I just got fraudulently ripped off for had to get in contact with my bank and other things. I would not recommend this company if you paid me. If you're looking for a decent price flower, I would recommend lost and translation farms or str8 fire. When I got the product it was tremendous but I paid overnight shipping and it hasn't even been filled yet and I ordered on the 1st. Be very very careful there are so many other places that are not backwards and fraudulent like this one. If you're looking for Vapes I'd say greatCBDshop.com there are so many other places that are so much better to be honest there are such better companies out there these guys are so below par it's unbelievable. I look out for my fellow smokers and people who take in THCA through this plant and I don't want anything to happen you all. I'm hoping this helps at least a few people because they did me really wrong. They act nice to get your business to send a couple out then you make a big order and they ghost you. I really hope you all read this before you order from this scam. To be honest it's heartbreaking I thought Smokers were supposed to look out for each other not Rob each other. 😢

Shipping is horrible, I put in an order over a week ago and still no fulfillment. Customer service is non-existent as they will not answer email. With new laws this company will be done in a year so when it gets closer to that time I would definitely order somewhere else. If you ever do get your order it is fine just not worth the hastle though.

Got a pack lost in the mail, and they won't respond so I'll be finding somewhere better

On Multiple occasions Golden hour advertises a sale price but does not honor it. They advertise a sale for THCa Diomonds to a discounted rate of 30% and sometime 50 % off - It clearly shows the sale price all over the ad / the website an so on. But when you get to check out the price is not discounted. After dealing with the the customer service rep I was told GH simply made a mistake and they would not honor the advertised pricing. This lost them a consistent customer. I purchased any where from 25 /grams - 100/grams of diamonds 7-8 times a year.And after multiple times of false advertising I’m no longer purchasing or supporting their products. Plenty of viable options out there that are better in quality / service and that honor the advertised price of their products.I will attach photos of the screen shots of the sale and email exchange if this service allows it.

I usually have a great experience with them. But this time I received some defective product. I'm not even sure how to explain it it has sugar in it or at least that's what it smells like when it burns. This stuff is completely unsmokable. I've tried reaching out to customer service and have not gotten anywhere. Terrible service and I think I'm a regular customer. I guess just don't have no problems with customer service and you'll be okay. Do better people.

I ordered from them 3 times first 2 times went well the 3rd time I put a bigger order in I ordered 100 1g pucks of dimonds and 10 pucks of badder when I got my order the only sent 10 each I contacted them and was told several times they would make it right then all of a sudden the went silent do not order from them they will not make things right if they mess up

I have tried most of there product line. Its good. Love the prices and quality. Shipping was fine for both my orders .

I've purchased products of several varieties from this company and they have all been more than satisfactory, as well as very affordable. The delivery time was average, but the packaging was very secure. I'm a repeat customer!

Great packaging. Amazing price with a product above its cost with them. And a communicative team. You cannot expect this to be a major shipper, so understand you will not regret the experience, but give yourself at least a week to order ahead, depending on your location. This is honestly a 10/10 Price + Quality and fulfillment/shipment within reasonable expectations, and WORTH THE WAIT.

Used this company for a year now and loved it. They have changed, and no longer care about the customer. No phone number, no email response and no fixed order. They sent me wendy p with two 84% humidity packs which of course made it moldy. Moldy weed is a health hazard and they barely responded then decided to do nothing. Ive spent tons with them, no more.

Incredible product with kinda sketchy operations. Left me for a week not knowing what was up with a $250 order but it did ship. Really dumb not to just say what’s going on and also sketchy they don’t have a phone number and don’t answer emails daily.

The potency was great and the price was outstanding. The wait wasn't too bad either.

I have changed my mind completely at this point and will pause my use of Golden Hour Hemp until I'm told why my order has been waiting to be picked up or dropped of to usps. I ordered on the 2nd of September it's still saying waiting on vendor usps say the tracking number I received is pretty much Bs no information on it. We pay for a service and end up getting the run around. Iv emailed and messaged on the application and still no response. Haveing no customer service contact number should of been my 1st red flag. I will keep posting reviews until this is addressed. My tictok is lumbeedaddy I have a little under 12,000 followers and about the same on Instagram. I do enjoy the products when they make it to me, But yall got to do better, so many orther online options but we chose your site. Fixs it.

I like the product quality (I only order diamonds, pre-rolls, and isolate, so I can't say anything about the other things they sell) but the shipping experience has dropped off. When I started ordering from them over a year ago, they shipped very promptly and rarely took more than 48 hours to ship after ordering. Now it takes anywhere from 3 to 9 days for my package to actually get shipped. I also paid high costs for UPS shipping and received my product at a slow speed through USPS instead before they finally switched to listing USPS as the shipping option. I didn't appreciate watching my product go slowly through USPS's normal delivery process when I paid almost $30 for faster UPS shipping instead.

Quality products. I was skeptical at first but there prices make it hard to look away. My order was extremely well packaged with an ice pack to keep fresh. I was impressed with the attention to detail. The products I ordered were of great quality, even better in some cases than my dispensary. I hope the quality is consistent because I put in another order.
