We came in to buy 3 pairs of shoes
We came in to buy 3 pairs of shoes, 2 turned out great, and the one was picked up the day after with the customization not what we asked and missing after paying extra for painting and to have us all matching. After we saw that we asked for a full refund or to exchange and the first option was to paint over our 800€ shoes. Disappointing. After we argued for a resolution they agreed to exchange it out and did a half ass job and gave us the wrong size, and had an attitude with us. Wouldnt be shopping here again.

Very disappointed with Golden Goose
Very disappointed with Golden Goose. I own seven pairs, and every single pair develops the same problems. They squeak loudly when walking, which is both annoying and embarrassing, and the heel lining eventually tears at the back. This is clearly not wear-related damage and not part of the brand's distressed aesthetic.
Given the premium price point, I would expect far better quality and durability. A shoe that squeaks and falls apart in the same area across multiple pairs is simply not fit for purpose. I can no longer justify the cost when the quality is so consistently poor.
