It’s great to be able to get valuations and sell in person
The whole process of selling my gold was a positive experience. I was put at ease immediately and was offered a fair price for my items. I really appreciated being able to go to the office and discuss the items face to face rather than having to pack them up and send them off to be valued. The selling process was very straightforward and the money was in my bank before I left the office. I loved the fact that at no time was there pressure put on me to sell my items

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Watches of Wales and I can honestly say the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Paul’s hospitality was absolutely first class and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The premises themselves were stunning and truly delivered that full luxury experience, every detail was immaculate and professionally presented.
Paul’s knowledge and passion for watches was outstanding. From the history and detail of the pieces to the overall presentation, everything was 10/10. You can immediately tell you are dealing with someone who genuinely cares about both the products and the customer experience.
An added bonus for me was visiting with my boys, who are huge rugby fans. They were amazed to see the signed memorabilia from some of the greatest Welsh rugby players and teams. It really added something special to the visit and made the experience even more memorable for all of us.
I would highly recommend Watches of Wales to anyone looking for not only incredible watches, but a truly premium and personal experience.
