This is the worst site I have ever played on. DO NOT REGISTER HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. When I tried to withdraw money for the first time, I was accused of having multiple accounts, which is not only untrue, but they were also unable to provide any proof when I requested it. When I tried to contact support, I was literally getting one message per hour, and every single time it was just meaningless, copy-paste text. After that I tried to speak to a real person via email, but only an AI responded with generic, scripted replies. This is the biggest scam site I have ever seen.

I deposited money, played fairly, and after winning, my account was suddenly blocked. The reason given was an alleged “violation,” but no evidence has ever been provided.
I contacted support multiple times asking for:
proof of the alleged violation
specific details (timestamps, IP logs, etc.)
Each time I received only generic responses. Eventually, I was told that the decision is final and my funds will not be released.
This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this platform. Refusing to provide evidence while withholding user funds is highly suspicious and unprofessional.
I have initiated a chargeback with my bank and will be reporting this case to relevant authorities.
