THEY SUDDENLY DEDUCT MY MONEY. AND NOT REFUND. BUT I ALSO DONT KNOW WHY THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR ANYTHING

It was great in the manner that they process my request in a matter of time. I can’t believe that they will respond in a short notice. I am not in the same time zone but it’s not a problem. I can say that I trust them for what they do. Honestly it’s not my intention to become a member but I make mistake that time. After careful explanations to them, they reconsider my membership to revoke it and returned the amount that I pay and they also stop or cancelled the weekly deduction on my bank account. In my experience they are the first one who take action on my request.

Scammers! You think you are ordering a product, but in reality they are using your data, creating subscriptions on their websites without your consent and withdrawing money from your bank account. Money has already been withdrawn from my account 4 times in 3 working days.

Edited : after contact with the company and Scarlett, and insisting about the situation, they agreed to reimburse me of the suscription fee and unsubscription fee of 7€. I still think it is a scam and that this website should be closed. I am waiting to see if they will truly reimburse me
