Since 2015, Going has been on a mission to ensure no one has to overpay for flights.
Going is a travel service that sends amazing flight deals daily to more than 2 million travelers. Members save hundreds of dollars on airfare to destinations all over the globe.
The company does not take commission from airlines or travel agencies — the only goal is to find and send amazing flight deals directly to travelers’ inboxes.
“We just returned from Cape Town, South Africa, thanks to $600 roundtrip flights! Adopting the Going travel philosophy of prioritizing price first, rather than date/destination, has been a game-changer. With open minds and our Going subscription, we’ve been places we never thought possible.”

I've been using Going since 2018/2019 and have always found it to be a trustworthy resource for finding reasonable flights across the world! I've used it twice for trips within the US and just booked my first international flight based off of one of their deals to a bucket list destination! Going pays for itself if you use it even once!

I asked a specific question, knowing there’s no “crystal ball” but wanting Goings opinion on ticket buying. They actually returned my request and I appreciated it!

Although I indicated that I wanted tickets to Puerto Rico for 2 passengers, when I selected the fare and agency on the Google website, it kept changing the number of passengers to 1. So gave up and cancelled my automatic Going renewal for November 2025.

Have had a subscription for many years, always had good customer service, was able to save lots of money through a mistake fare that got sent out!

It's nice to have someone watching all the deals out there. I'm never quite sure where I might want to go, and a good deal can tip me into a particular place.
That said, I had a very tough year with family health stuff and work. I didn't really have time to travel, and it's not letting up. So, I didn't use any of the deals.
But then... my subscription renewed. I'd pretty much forgotten about it. So, I contacted them and asked them to please cancel it and refund my renewal.
And, you know what? They said "sure." And did. No hassle. No argument. No "but our policies!".
As a result, I may very well resubscribe when my travel flexibility opens up, and I'm happy to leave a good review for them.
I don't understand why all businesses don't behave this way.

The site is easy to use and Going always sends thoughtful deals with detailed explanations (if there are certain requirements when you plan the trip like dates, extra fees, meals, recommendations) that made me feel comfortable about spontaneously booking a flight they flagged!

I have been with Scott’s cheap flights for years. Too many good trips to list. Took my family on an African Safari when I got notification of round trip tickets from DC to Rwanda for $1500 each in Polaris class. The savings on tickets virtually paid for the rest of the safari.

I signed up for a premium membership last year, after using the basic free account the year prior.
I missed the end of subscription reminder sent to me by Going, and didn’t cancel on time when I’ve encountered some health challenges which made me put all my long haul travel plans aside for this year. I contacted Going’s “Superior”Customer Satisfaction Team on the day of the automatic renewal, and they immediately responded positively to my request of cancellation. Thank you Chioma for your outstanding service, and thank you Rob for the follow up. Much appreciated.

Each year I find 1 or 2 tickets in business class that are 100% worth the $ I pay for the upgraded service.
We are both retired and can travel whenever we want, so we love getting these notifications about a special airfare. When we get a text from Going, we stop everything and buy our tickets.
For sure we are SUPER SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

I have been using Going (formerly Scott's Cheap Flights) for over 7 years. I have been able to go to Paris, Morocco, and now Japan via deals from Going. I love being able to put in my "home" airports and to only receive deals when I want them. I like that I still book the flights through Google Flights so I've never been worried about there being an error or that the deals were not legitimate. I have recommended Going to all my friends who enjoy traveling!

Going in my opinion is a good deal for $50 annually. I've actually booked multiple flights in 2025 from deals they've sent me. I'm going to Ireland in March which I scored a $430 ticket nonstop thanks to Going. And just a few days ago my husband and I booked flights to Japan for this summer for only $665/person which is amazing, this is a trip that I assumed would be years out because of how pricey a long haul like that usually is.

I've scored several incredible flight deals using Going (and back when it was still Scott's Cheap Flights). Have been a premium subscriber for a few years now and have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. Such an amazing service that paid for itself almost immediately and has enabled me to travel a LOT more frequently than I used to!

Excellent deals on Going.com! I was referred to this website by a friend, and so far it hasn't been disappointing! The prices are amazingly low and while I have not booked anything yet, I will do so soon. Very happy with Going.com.

I’ve been a member of Going since the Scotts Cheap Flights days of the mid 2010s. Scott is actually a friend of a friend from Stanford so I’ve been following along since the beginning. I’ve recommended SCF, and later Going, to dozens of people, many of whom have become longtime subscribers. I used to love it!
Lately, though, I’ve been disappointed with how much of Going is now only available to paid subscribers. I tried the premium subscription last year for a promotional rate, but in my phase of life (young kids, adherent to school calendars) I just couldn't justify the increased cost this year, and cancelled. The whittled down benefits of the free subscription have me thinking of unsubscribing entirely and ending my relationship with Going entirely. It makes me sad!
It would be awesome if there was a way for those of us who have been around since the beginning to have some sort of legacy rate. If that ever becomes a thing, let me know!

I live abroad and that greatly reduces the value of this website and paying for the service. I am not able to have a home airport, receive alerts based on my own location, etc. I signed up for the free trial first, so thank goodness I didn't waste my money.

The services that they offer are useful. However, I'm not quite convinced that you can't find the same kinds of fares using Google flights or Skyscanner.
On the positive side, you do get daily updates that are interesting to look at. If you wanted to go to one of these sites or locations it would be useful. However, frequently the discounted fares that are illustrated are for places I didn't really have any interest of traveling to.
I believe this site is less successful at identifying low fares for the places and the times that fit best with my schedule. This in my opinion is the main drawback.
So in summary, if you have lots of flexibility coupled with a Wunderlist to travel to diverse locations at times not determined by you, but by when the fares are the best, this may be a site you wish to use and pay for.
However, if you're looking for a specific flights, particularly in business class, for the places and times that you wish to visit, I question whether the membership fee is justified?
