What is wrong with this company?? So many bad reviews and now another one from me... no sign of my order and no response from customer services... shocking company!!

No delivery YET. Order placed and payment taken. March 27th. Today is April 26th. No response to previous complaints. One star awarded only because there is no alternative. You say you will respond soon, are you lying or incompetent. What is happening?

Item delivered from china without any english instructions. wireless adaptor for andriod auto will npt connect without a password.

Ordered a bathroom rail 5 weeks ago, no update or tracking info, 4 unanswered e mails to "customer service" (UK e mail address, obviously being ignored fully in China....) asked for a refund or a firm delivery date, absolutely crap service and no follow up £30 down the drain. Looking at the other reviews seems like if the product does ever turn up it will be useless. Fingers burnt, my bad I usually check out reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING, USELESS COMPANY!!!

The product was just what I was looking for and I will not hesitate to re-order as necessary.

Fell off after 10 mins despite following all the instructions

It did not stick it keeps falling down for the money I payed it no good

Arrived in good time nicely packed, however it does not do what it shows on the video ad, far from it. In fact I would say it's a complete waste of my money

The delivery time was quite long

I bought the drain unblocker. It took weeks to arrive. The items were smaller than I expected ( my fault for believing the video and not checking size)
Total waste of money.
It was easy to order and pay for, surprisingly.
They sent me an email to review on Trust pilot but when I indicated 3 stars it didn't direct me to Trust pilot, until I changed my review to 5 star. Very dodgy. That's why they dont get bad reviews

After reading some reviews I was a bit worried about my parcel but was pleasantly surprised about my parcel arrived after several days. I'm extremely impressed with my parcel. Excellent.

I wouldnt give any stars. Waited ages for delivery ..to be delivered 3 low grade plastic shelves with sticky pad fixings ...nothing like advertised..DO NOT BUY waste of £24 ...Will be returning at more cost for postage to return 😬

good light to work in dark corner. Need som adjudtment but when ok very efficient.

Easy to purchase but long delivery time . Plates were nowhere near as big as they looked on the advertising video and are flat bottomed - no ridges . Would I purchase again? No. I don't know when I'll use them -probably sitting outdoors with a sandwich.

Good product but installation instructions would have been helpful for this lady pensioner who was hoping to put them up myself but now need to pay someone as I have no idea
