Slight issues with collection of my old phone to begin with but I couldn’t fault the email contact between myself and Gohippo. Pretty much immediate responses from them every time to help me until the collection was complete. Further email contact to sort phone and to provide me with a quote. I initially disagreed with the quote given and given my explanation they were happy to go back to it and amend accordingly. Very happy with the service and I would use the company again

Great way to get sell you old (broken) phones
I didn’t know what to do with my old and very broken iPhone XR (screen smashed and 3/4 no display) and I found gohippo on Google and it seemed like a good way to recycle my phone.
It was picked up the next morning, within 18 hours of signing up. They were in touch pretty quickly to tell me that it was locked to my account and helped me to unlock it with links to the relevant apple pages. Quickly after that they gave me an offer for my phone which I was happy with given it was unusable for me any more.
Would recommend and will be using them to recycle my old phones in future
