I ordered a case from Amazon and received it for in October 2022. It looked great & I was happy for about a month. The black plastic phone holder began to crack on the inner edges, the outer edge split. Top part broke off next. The outside graphic still looks good but the inside is garbage. Contacted customer service & was told It’s past 60 days so too bad. They acknowledged it was defective and said their policy was not to refund or exchange after 60 days. I got a cheap case from China that lasted 2 years for half the price before this one. The headcase one barely lasted 4 months. I do not recommend wasting your money for a pretty graphic that takes over a month to arrive & falls apart after a few months

Got a new Scotland rugby case, started peeling and splitting after 1 week. Have sent emails and messages to company,but to no avail. Rubbish!!!
They have now responded and going to issue a refund!

Piece of junk. I paid £16 for the Motorhead Logo Born To Lose Live To Win Soft Gel Case a month ago, and already the design is flaking off. Wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews beforehand. This garbage is is worth 99p maximum.

Ordered a couple of different Iron Maiden cases and the quality, unfortunately, is poor. The prints are peeling already despite not having some of the cases for more than a month. For the prices, the actual quality is horrible. Won't use again

Ordered a case and it got lost. Said they would send another. I received the “official “ alchemy gothic case…. Talk about poor quality !!. Not to mention it feels cheap and nasty. Also doesn’t fit the phone. The method of printing feels horrible and it’s all scratched up on the inside. If I owned Alchemy Gothic and I saw this quality I’d definitely tear up the business deal !!!

This company is a total disaster send the wrong phone case and the wrong ipad case and have been chasing them since 22 February with nothing at all. There number as well on there website will not accept calls. Would totally avoid this company as its pathetic to think Scotland FC have them on there website is a joke. I will be contacting SFA about this aswell as its just ridiculous. Have given them 1 star as you can't give anyone 0 stars

Sent the wrong design case and the wrong size.
I sent a email over a week since received the wrong order and they haven't replied.

Very unprofessional....

Very quick to take my money when I placed the order.

Won't be letting this go ....I don't give a crap about the money or the case now...it's the principal ....

Cheap crap was sent ....nothing like what I ordered .....SCAM , No response from this company.
Will now get in touch with my MP to guide me on how to get a refund.

Bought 3 cases, 1 for my wife and 2 for me (as I couldn't decide which one) The quality and feel looks great. My wifes case is prefect as it's a generic design. however my 2 are symbols. Both of the symbols aren't centred on the front of the flip case. While one isn't too bad the other kirkward Dargon age design is right on the edge by the clasp and the other side by the spine has a big gap. Looks awful and I doubt I will use it, If your OCD this would drive you mad, even my wife commented on how unprofessional it looks. Pity really, becuase if both the designs were centred they would of been prefect. Gave 4 star because my wifes case look really good, just flowers, The Mass effect tempest case while off-centered I would give 3 stars, the kirkward dragon age, wildly off centred hence 1 star.

order my phone case, acknowledged the order and received the item a few days later. Good quality, fitted my phone with no problems. I personally would recommend this company as I had no problems

Have to date ordered 4 of their phone cases, none of these actually fit the phones they were ordered for. Emails are being ignored, can even return leave alone get a refund. What a scam!! Don't waste your money, not even worth one star

Terrible company ignore all emails and phone line is a message service which they don't respond to. Still waiting for either a refund or product for an order I placed in December. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole!

If I could give zero instead of 1. Bunch of cowboys and con artists. Advertise a product which doesn’t fit then ignore calls and emails for refund or replacement. Don’t use.

Doesn't answer phone calls. Emails now bounce back saying mailbox full. They don't reply to anything on social media unless it's praise.
Takes the money nice and quickly. Just doesn't send a email to confirm order, no delivery notes or despatch emails.
Worst company I have ever used.

ordered a case for my kid. after being late i complained and got my money back so thats possitive. i got the case also- two even but not for the phone i ordered.

their website is sooo slow it takes time to browse

This used to be a great website a few years ago, now its a bit of a scam, shame really. I placed an order and money was taken, but no confirmation email or order number. They never answered my emails and almost a month on and I still haven't received anything from them.
So I won't be using them in the future.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased an item from them on Amazon, paid extra for '48 hour' delivery and it never arrived.
Contacted them, they did reply and said they had sent a replacement, which hasn't arrived either.
This isn't my first experience of this company either, I've always had the same problem with them. (Thought they would have improved with time, but they haven't).
I just want what i ordered..

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here, I had no problems at all and there's loads of positive feedback on eBay. Their eBay shop has an incredible choice of cases and mine is great, an official Frida Kahlo product. It arrived after 3 days so I had no need to contact customer services.

I ordered a case and I got the order confirmation email, but i never received any tracking info. they want you to use this app called Shop, which mainly seems to want all your info and isn't a functional app. I haven't even received my case yet so I can't speak on the quality, but if/when i ever receive my order I will update. so far I'm very glad I paid through paypal - it looks very likely that I'll have to have them help me get my money back.

I bought a Liverpool FC cover. It is damaged from the corners. Have tried contacting but they are not answering calls or emails.

Ordered a case with a pretty forest design through Amazon. Got a Riverdale case instead. I do not even watch the Riverdale series! It wasn't even a pretty design, just a transparent case with a sticker image of the series characters. That's absolutely not what i asked for and i want my money back.
