I was a little skeptical about spending this much for flooring online. I’m glad I did. The price was good. Quality was good. Service was good.

In the end, the floor looks fabulous and it was a great deal. Just getting there had a few hiccups with pick ups. Love MSI luxury vinyl.

The price and quality of the hardwood floors is wonderful. It was easy to place my order. I was able to call and speak directly with a representative each time I had a question or concern. The reason I'm rating them a 4 and not a 5 is completely based on their delivery service. It is UPS freight and is delivered CURBSIDE. This was not once explained to me and my driveway is 200 ft up hill. The drive called 30 mins before delivery and asked if we had a forklift to get the material off his truck?! The only reason this delivery ended up being a success is because my contractor, and 2 other friends working on the house were there to unload and cary 1,300 sq ft of material into my house!

If you are looking to order a small amount and have a short driveway, the price and quality are worth it. I was very lucky to have the support needed in order to make this a successful delivery.

I found Gohardwood on Google, price was much better then what I found locally for the same product. Contacted them through the chat Dean was quick to answer my questions and even further discounted the price. Buy from them

You charge me for the deck on the truck and doesn’t have one so we have to unload by hand. I need my money back

You also have the address and must of information wrong at the begging so it’s important because of the delivery

the website said that they had about 1600 square feet of the wood I ordered in stock. I ordered 213 square feet and was told the next day that it was out of stock and that the manufacturer is no longer making the wood. Very disappointing since the week before I had just ordered a sample and they didn't say anything when they sent me the sample either. They told me that they could replace it with their own brand but the coloring is different and it was not satisfactory to me. Very disappointed with this company.

Pricing and transaction was excellent. There was some confusion as to pick up location, which was resolved in short order. The transition strips that they said would work for my application - did not. To this they would not accept the return of these pieces, so was forced to pay for something that was not usable. This was a dissapointment.

The hardwood is beautiful and the price was great. Spoke with Jeremy on a few occasions; he was very helpful. The flooring arrived on time and the shipping company did a great job. The man that delivered the floor was exceptionally helpful. Only had one problem and that was that one of the boxes was open. Four pieces had fallen out and were placed on top of the stack. The pieces were in fair condition, we are just lucky that it is going to be a kitchen floor so we can put those pieces in an out of the way spot-hopefully.
