More Clarity Required
The price of items being offered were very competitive. Service was good, but more clarity and openness would be nice, so that the item being bought is with full disclosure. For example I bought a smartphone but wasn’t aware that I would not be getting a user manual.

would NOT recommend buying anything from here.
The last item I bought was a bird feeder with camera, the biggest load of rubbish I ever bought, the camera would NOT link to my phone whatever I did, it went in the bin where it belonged.

Great customer service
I had a problem with something I'd ordered arriving damaged. Taya, at customer service, was helpful and proactive in securing a replacement product, and followed up to make sure it was received undamaged.

I paid for 2 fitted sheets and paid the…
I paid for 2 fitted sheets and paid the redemption money for delivery.
I was then told I needed to pay for the second sheet as a separate delivery. Why that was necessary when they were both ordered together under one delivery.
No matter how many times I have written to them I get no satisfaction
Eventually told go direct to go groupie which I did but I have had no response.
Their customer service is pathetic and all they want is to get more money under false pretences
