My husband bought two outdoor plants and only received one even though they took the payment for two plants from his bank account. We planted the one we received and the next day it was dead and shrivelled! We would never recommend this online shop to anyone!!

I stupidly ordered one product twice. I only wanted one. Not really expecting any help and resigned to sending the second unwanted hose to a charity shop, I clicked on the contact us button, expecting platitudes and no action from a chat bot. To my suprise, Natasha reached out .She quickly understood what I had done, cancelled the unwanted hose,and arranged a refund to my card. Brilliant!! I was not made to feel like a fool. Such great customer service.

No way !!! They have been paid £109.98 for a bed that was never delivered ! And will not refund me?!!!!

I bought the mystery Item on the 17th June 26, my Item arrived on the 23rd June.
The item I received was an hose pipe, Value £5.99, please can you explain why I received an Item of such a low value????
I have been buying off GoGroopie for a long time, without any issues, I am so disappointed with this item, I would like to return it asap.
I have also purchased another Item (Garden Swing) and I await its delivery, but I do not have high hopes on the quality of this item.
Please can you send me the information on how to return this HOSEPIPE.

I have recommended GoGroopie to many many friends in the past, I will be reluctant to recommend you again.

Great range of vouchers helping you to get a bargain

Fells like some sort of scam. Me and my friend both claimed a voucher that was purchasable on the GoGroopie website just to then be ignored by the actual seller of that product. After 3 weeks and nothing happened I went in touch with the seller behind the voucher and they said they are not doing any more business with GoGroopie, still the voucher was still up on their website for sale. After a few emails back and forth I was promised by the customer service that they will send me the product as goodwill and claim the money from GoGroopie then. After I didn't hear anything anymore I asked for an update 2 weeks later just to be told that I shall get a refund because they think GoGroopie won't pay them back.
I am happy I paid with PayPal.... if the GGscammers don't refund me I can still use my PayPal protection. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use GoGroopie, wasted time, wasted energy, lots of false promises and just bad news in the end.

When paying for postage etc., I found that my detsils jad been disclosed to a third party. To wit a finance company who were after my crrfit card details
Only by paying by PayPal did I avoid this hack/scam.
