Ordered a large garage, 5 tier shelving unit and subsequently had to email their alleged customer service after it never arrived. I was shocked to recieve an almost immediate reply stating that the item (which wasn't the smallest I'm sure you'll agree) had been lost by the courier!!!
I was offered a replacement??? Or my money back. I went for the refund.
As you'll know doubt have guessed by now, no one seems to get their money back.
Rather than fight a fictional company, I reported it to my bank as possible fraud, got a refund from them and left the headache with the fraud department to chase.

the instructions are not clear to follow and looking at other folks experience it is a right con and impossible to get refunds. it looks as if you have been signed up to a monthly charge only after you have pressed button to buy product and then you are in the lap of the gods to try and get money back and cancel the contract.
i have requested money back if it comes back i will update you.

I will not recommend or buy any items from what is called Gogroopie anymore. A month ago I bought a Blunder,Alarm and a Laptop but I received nothing.No items nor refund. Think before you buy from them. It is not deserve even one star. It's only take your money. There are better other companies indeed. Gogroopie is just a total fiasco. Be careful .

Right CON. Jacket £12.99. You buy it. Then it nags you to redeem the coupon. Only then does it demand £4.99 delivery. AVOID

Make their money by taking yours and not delivering the product. You pay for a voucher that then expires (apparently) and you never get your items !!!

Recently bought two for £38:98 "Mystery Boxes" with 20 items in each, the advertisement pictured many quality items such as TV, skateboard, earphones, mobile phone, kettle, kitchen knives in a block, now I didn't expect all these items, but what I received wouldn't have the value of £5, for both boxes.
The contents is as follows x2 a child's back pack, fake security camera, two bottle top dispensers, four covid face masks, two file a fax?, and a bag of what looked like Christmas cracker prizes, absolutely disgusted, I've rated one star, shouldn't even be that

Placed my first order with this outfit and still no communication no response to raised concerns and they have my money
Please stay away from this company and order from a reputable seller

Ordered a portable solar panel never got any details about delivery date . followed the contact information then direct to merchant .then yodel .item came totally different to the description.issue still not resolved . Worst online shopping experience and company do not accept responsibility for anything just re direct complaints to seller based in China .who are only interested in taking your money so it seems from my experience .

Ordered voucher on 5/2. Nothing arrived. Have contacted them a dozen times by email. Been onto my bank at least 6 times getting transaction details etc. Gogroopie want a voucher no as well but I never got a voucher. Waste of time company. Bank disputes department contacting Visa for reimbursement. Terrible company to deal with. Everything I sent in my many emails was never enough but they managed to take money from my account on 7/2. Please be aware.

I ordered an item on 15th December 2022 and it still says 'out for delivery'. I have written countless times to the GoGroopie 'resolution' centre, demanding a refund and they have been worse than useless, simply saying I have to wait. How long?!! It's been over two months! Today I received an email from them saying I was to contact the merchant directly, so basically the 'Resolution' centre has given up. Thank goodness I have only lost a small amount of money. Do not go near GoGroopie, it is just a front, for what.... ?

Basically rip off merchants - didn’t even get the product I paid for . Contacted them 3 times poor response then asking for my purchase number which I was old them 3 times I hadn’t been given one -it’s a con big time

I ordered a pair of slippers £14.99 + postage £4.99 in size 10.5 UK size. The slippers arrived from a company in China callled Forefront Trading They sent Chinese size 37=to UK size 4. Forefront Trading Have been insisting they had sent the correct size untill I recently looked up the international Shoe size chart whichI sent to them & Go Groopie that showed that they had sent the incorrect size.Now they are saying they offered me a solution to my problem,WHEN???? GoGroopie do not accept any responsibility even though I paid them. I intend to take them to the small claims court it may cost me money but why should they get away with it.

Unbelievable they took £59.99 plus £14.99 for postage over a month ago never received laptop
Avoid it’s a con had go to my bank try reclaim money back which will take 4 weeks

Never signed up to this so called company yet my spam box is filled every single day with their junk mail!! What’s more you just cannot unsubscribe! Who the hell are they?

Horrible customer service . I have contacted them 3 times for my refund . To my surprise they don’t even replied one of my message . Total reap off company . Fake website sending cheap and useless items to buyers .

Ordered item in October,still not recieved order or refund!! Emailed countless times and they say they are chasing it up!! Absolutely disgusting,I won't be ordering again,and told family and friends not to either..

I ordered a mystery box in Oct/22. Go Groupie claim the first got lost in transit and I am still waiting for the second to arrive 2 months later. I am ignored by their customer service and can not speak to a human being for help. DO NOT ORDER OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a iPad in October. Still waiting for either delivery or refund.
