A couple of ££ were knocked off the quoted price as the phone was in poorer condition than the questionnaire allowed you to put. Would be great if you could leave more detail about the confirm of your gadget so that you get a more accurate price. But other than that -happy :)

Go green gadgets were great, I was unsure on the condition and so they came back to me very quickly to advise on the damage and how this reduced the value of my old phone. They then gave me a counter offer from the original price which was completely fair. I also received a lovely welcome bonus which was another incentive to use them!

Postage and payment was also quick and easy !

I was told I would be paid 1-5 working days after the phone was checked and processed at warehouse, which is fair enough. When it came to working day 5 was sent an email notification that I’d be receiving payment that day between a specific time frame. Was constantly checking all day, nothing!! Avoid at all costs!

Had an old iPhone 12 that I had been using but I upgraded to a newer model. Decided to try this company who offered around £80 online for the phone. I sent the phone off and within 24 hours of them receiving and inspecting I had an offer of £30 for the phone. To be perfectly honest this is was definitely more like what I was expecting the phone to be worth as the battery was old and the phone showing high levels of use, a dent in the top and some light scratches on the screen and back casing. I accepted the offer and payment was made to my account. Please be aware - the payment from Go Green Gadgets may be sent to your account in 24 hours, but your bank may take up to 5 working days to process. I would recommend Go Green Gadgets and would definitely use them again should I have another phone that I want to sell.

It was really quick and easy from sending the phone off to getting the money for it, was given updates for every step and was just really easy to sell my old phone

Took two months from them receiving my old phone to receiving payment from them & I only got paid because I chased them endlessly! I was only due a small payment for a very old phone but it’s the principle of not paying out I object to - certainly wouldn’t trust them with a more expensive phone to trade in.

I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
