After purchasing a one-year Bitdefender license for 10 devices, the license was cancelled after only 3 months. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, GoGoDigital has been unresponsive and has failed to provide a solution for the past two weeks.

According to the business logic outlined in GoGoDigital's response below:

- Labeling the issue as “strange and isolated” justifies being unresponsive to the customer and leaving him with a suspended license only 3 months after purchase.

- The after-sales warranty seems to be cancelled along with the license if a customer leaves a review explaining the situation.

I rely on this service for security, and I cannot afford to leave my systems unprotected indefinitely due to unresponsive customer service. Therefore, I cannot recommend GoGoDigital.

Not impressed with their customer service. They don't read emails that are sent to them properly, and they can't be bothered to send VAT invoices for payments made to them either.

I bought a 3 year Bitdefender Total Security subscription throgh GoGoDigital today, and it was a painless and easy process.

It was a lot better deal than available throught the website, and the Activation codes were sent promptly and instructions were clear and concise.

I was skeptical of the price and was very pleasntly surprised.

Great communication from initial purchase to digital delivery of the activation code.

I asked advice from Jason via the website chat, then ordered a Bitdefender product. The codes were emailed to me the same day and I extended my product on Bitdefender Central. The whole process was easy and I recommend GoGoDiital 👍

Jason is a dedicated support person and I cant praise him enough. Hope this goes towards his new Rolls Royce !! hahahaha

This site is a scam, I paid for my product and received nothing. Go to the contact us page and NOTHING. Do not purchase from this site. IT'S A SCAM.

Edit: I did a refund via Pal Pal. I purchased a Bit Defender Internet Security key. After completing the purchase adding my account details, I received NOTHING. No email confirmation to the Pay Pal account. When accessing my order, via the account profile section it just said complete with ZERO information regarding order. No links to download the key, nothing.

I went to his Contact us page and it was blank, no form, no links nothing.

So, I didn't receive any email confirmation regarding my key or order. I could not find any contact information, no information regarding my key.

Just look at their site, it looks like it was created in 2005. They even have a font highlight sections for the "order completed", I mean, come on. Any person with reasonable skills could create a WordPress site 1000 times better then this. Check their contact us page. This site is a scam.

Oh, and he has blocked me from accessing his website.

DO NOT give this scammer your details. I'm glad I paid through Pay Pal and got a refund. I'm glad I didn't give my card details.

Quick and easy. Second purchase from GoGoDigital, and will definitely use then again.
