Easy to order but the first pair of glasses I bought from you 3 months ago the frame snapped broke so we will see how the next pair goes

Love goggles4u on two occasions I’ve needed to amend me glasses with my prescription was updated within ordering ( i have a complex -12 with many eye issues) or the frame was too big and they replaced the glasses free of charge no need to return. They pride themselves on the customer being happy. Paying £60-70 for glasses the same thinning done as boots do for £300 has meant I now have several pairs and sunglasses. Highly recommend even if you have a strong complex prescription like me ♥️👍🏻🥰

Ordered a pair of glasses and they arrived in just under three weeks.
Superb quality and well worth the wait, and a third the price of the options, would highly recommend.

Paid £60 for a pair of varifocals (discounted) and they are rubbish really. OK for distance but rubbish the closer you need to look. Flimsy and very cheap frame that I doubt will last 2 minutes, their profit margin must be immense as the are Chinese and you see that it's just a money making outfit. I recommend you go to a physical UK optician.

I have decided to return them as they are nothing like I was expecting or of the quality i expected for £60.

The choice was very easy to make. The sizes of the frames was printed clearly on the list of glasses. No need to open the whole advert to find out. Also, I can't believe the price, I had to check to find out if the price was correct. It was. £49 for a complete pair and that included varifocals! Thank you Goggles4u.

I placed an order 5 days ago, paying for £4.95 postage "Standard UK postage". Upon contacting live chat for an update, I was shocked to be told the standard delivery timescales are 14 to 21 WORKING DAYS!! I wish I never placed the order now and purchased from a company within the UK. I went through the checkout process again after the live chat and at no point does it state these ridiculous timescales. Only when you click on their terms and conditions and go into the shipping info does it state them. This is very disappointing and should be clearly stated prior to check out. I would avoid this company, I wish I did.

My father ordered glasses, a problem developed with the lens coating after 5 months. Once contact was established with the customer service team, they did respond positively and replaced the glasses for him.

Lots cheaper than Spxxsavxxs and just as good.

The name sucks but I love them

The product was very good, price was very competitive. My only issue is because there was no overall width on any descriptions (this is most companies)my glasses are just not wide enough.

The glasses were a great price.
They arrived a week later.
There was no problem prescription wise.
Would use them again.

Wonderful site, view glasses, try them virtually and select, couldn’t find my subscription gave them a call and they had the last one from a previous order, perfect
