Go Figure Collectables Ltd 

Never received my order, couldn't make any contact. Happening to a lot of people now for months. When you go out of your way to find person accounts to reach out you're just lied to. Myself and family had ordered from here previously no problem but is now just a scam to avoid. You won't get your stuff or a refund from them.

Do not order on this site.
I ordered in April and only got the auto email saying that I've ordered. So in May I contacted them asking where my order was, no reply. I've now sent them many emails, even found another email address through Paypal which I also started emailing.
Nothing. No emails from this account either.
They also have an Ebay account with nothing on it. Probably because Ebay would stop this from happening. If you want their other email address it's on the business info there.
I get the impression they've shut down but kept their website open in order to scam people out of money.
I only gave this site a chance because of the positive reviews on trustpilot. So I felt this need to write this is warn people.
So here is your warning. Don't do business with Go Figure Collectables.

Ordered a Pokemon cuddly toy for my daughter. It never arrived, I was not sent a tracking number, they do not respond to emails.

SCAM, do not use this company

Placed an order on 20th April which sat pending for 9 days. Tried to contact the merchant in multiple ways but had no response.
Had to open a case with Barclays to get my money back.
Still haven't heard anything from them now.
So disappointed as I'd heard good things about them before.

Great price on my item, fast and efficient shipping. Nothing else to say but a smooth shopping experience that I would recommend!

You did not answer my request by email :(, please help

I have been looking for a place to get Pokémon figures at a reasonable price, thought I would try here. Overall fantastic experience, even though there was an issue with my order, the seller sorted it out (Thank you!). I will definitely purchase from here again, highly recommend.

i saw an advert on facebook recently for this website, saw they sold figures and gave it a click out of curiosity. i was glad i did! i bought a lovely selection of pokemon mini figures and dragon ball model kits at a very reasonable price. shipping and dispatch times were great, and it was very exciting to add to my collection. they have very nice items that i have not seen on other anime figure websites in the uk, so i definitely recommend you check them out!

This was my first time buying from Go Figure, but they had some Pokemon items I really wanted so I thought I'd risk it - and I am very glad I did. I paid for First Class tracked postage and my order arrived the following day, all items in great condition. Thank you!

Love having access Japanese Pokémon products in the UK. Good range of products and reasonable prices. Great customer service as well - one of my orders got sent back due to label error and they quickly fixed the issue and contacted me to keep me informed. Highly recommend!
