I was happy to find CO2 and Ordered a CO2 tank, I paid 30 euro's for the gas and about 120 as a deposit for the tank. As I'm from Belgium their opening hours were then between 9 and 12 I couldn't get off work and get there to pick it up. I asked if it's okay if I or my brother in law would come at a later date to pick it up. They confirmed that it will be waiting for us whenever we come.
Then comes corona so the whole world shut down and I even forgot about it for a few months. I call again to confirm a date to pick it up and they tell me its too late. After about 10 emails and 4 calls to them between me and my brother in law. I give up and ask for a refund at least. They simply ignore you. And after dealing with a sassy receptionist and I finally get an email from whatever sad creature who calls himself the boss. He simply claims that I already got the item and I shouldn't ask for a refund. Refuses to provide proof or receipt or anything.
So now they just took more than 150 euro's without the intention of delivering anything. I am still surprised things like this happen in 2021.. That's blatant theft and I'm sure there's some legal steps I could take when I find the time.
Not just terrible service but terrible people as well. Shame on you and whoever brought you up to be this way.

Ordered 12 bottles of ginger beer for Christmas soft drinks for a person who extremely appreciates this beverage and it's not always easy to find it in Belgium.
Recieved 12 bottles of some unwanted and finally not tasty rose limonade instead.
I sent very polite and friendly email asking if it's a mistake and how we can arrange that. Saying nothing that their mistake (or intentional getting rid of the stock) kinda screwed the christmas dinner.
No answer.
I send a reminder.
No reaction.
I call. The guy says if it's a mistake, i should have already been automatically reimbursed.
Nothing.
Calling again in couple of weeks. They say they will
come back to me in couple of days.
It's been more than a month. Still nothing.
Do not order here. U will not just be most probably screwed up but they will keep bullsh**ing or ghosting you.
