A peppery start with a smooth finish. Really lovely tasting. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the slightly medicinal scent which is a little offputting to start with.

Simplicity, sophistication and spice
This is a beautiful, warm and spicy gin. Smooth and sophisticated, it drinks really well with just a mixer and adds an extra dimension to a cocktail. The packaging is simple but stylish and being able to by mini bottles is excellent. It's not cheap but is priced well for a quality, craft product.
