As a Executor of a Will that's never done anything like this before, all paper work for the sale of the property was all done and dusted in 4 months and the property finalised. As the seller of the property you have to show the buyer exactly what they are getting as in furnishings and white goods if any, it can look daunting but Goddard Dunbar walked us all through it. So I've decided to use them again in the purchase of my own property.

I have recently experienced the loss of my beloved father. Goddard and Dunbar assigned me with a lovely probate practitioner who helped and supported me from the start of the process until the very last moment. They offer such a excellent professional service and I honestly couldn't have got through one of the hardest life events without them, specifically Olivia.

We dealt with Jessica from the Stoke branch. Jess was so helpful from locating mums death certificate and doing a will search. She was a true star in difficult times so a big thank you from all the family.

My mum recently sold a property via Emily at Goddard Dunbar. The service was super smooth and she was kept informed every step along the way. Emily even checked in when they were awaiting reports etc so stop her from worrying. Second time using the conveyancing services and would definitely recommend.

Probate and Conveyancing Services.

I had occasion recently to use Goddard Dunbar to help in the execution of a relative's estate.
The service provided was first rate, very professional. All of the staff I had contact with were warm, friendly and a credit to their profession.
Would certainly recommend.

We were recommended Goddard & Dunbar by our mortgage broker when starting the process of buying our first house, and everything from start to finish was wonderful. Danielle Rushton and team dealt with our conveyancing, and I cannot recommend enough. As first time buyers and never using solicitors before, we were unsure of what to expect, however we were updated daily via email and sent everything we needed and more. Everything was made very simple and we were reassured throughout the whole process, and Danielle was always happy to help and simplify everything for me when needed. We understand things can differ for everyone, however we put our original offer in on our home on the 7th July and instructed Goddard & Dunbar to proceed on the 16th July and we have now completed, and agreed on exchanging on the 19th September.

All in all I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy their first home or moving house in general as the service provided by Goddard & Dunbar, particularly Danielle Rushton herself was perfect.
