Before I even received my first order the company was shipping out another one and charging my bank.
After smelling the product I wanted a refund. I thought the aroma was too strong for me
I thought that i could get refund information from customer service.

My wife order a perfume awhile back in…

My wife order a perfume awhile back in March 13, 2026 and did not received the order at all. Then without my wife's permission, they charge her credit 2x more times in April 10 and May 8th without my wife's consent. How is this company still in the market??? My wife wants the refund back that has been charged in her account. Please work with my wife in fixing this problem as she tried emailing and calling but never received a response from the customer support team.

I really didn't want to give one star. I ordered this perfume about 3 months ago I never received my order ,and they charged me for a subscription I did not ask for. I emailed them about 5 times and no response,also I had to change my bank card so no more charges come out my account and till this day I still don’t have my product.

Customer Service is the worst

I ordered on April 11th still have not received my order. It was a one-time purchase and I was charged again May 9th for another order without receiving my first order. I could not speak with anyone and had to pay $5.00 to speak with tech support. He gave me the link to cancel my subscription, which I did not order, and the link to manage subscription did not work, kept trying to give me a free gift. Have not had the opportunity to try the product, but this customer support is horrible!!

Okay product, questionable customer service/violating card use

The overall product itself was fine, nothing special, but I lost a significant amount of money when I was signed up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I had ordered a product, which did not come for over a month, so I reached out to cancel and instead they used my card to reorder it. I then asked for a refund on both products (since I was charged for the initial order despite not ever receiving it), and instead customer service signed me up for a subscription, causing yet another order to be made with my information. I was in contact with customer service, who refused to refund the subscription and stated I would get money back for the first order only. I still have received no compensation whatsoever and it has been four months.

I would love to be able to purchase…

I would love to be able to purchase this product without automatically being a monthly subscriber. It was a huge hassle to cancel my subscription. I prefer to oder what I want and when I want. Also, they send way to many emails....another hassle. For those reasons I won't be re-ordering this product even though I liked it

Delivery slow

No customer Service and fraudulent company!

I ordered the body oil through Facebook and never received the product. A month later, I was charged $78.00, which appeared to be a subscription of some sort. I do not recall subscribing to this product; I just wanted to buy the body oil. It is very difficult to reach anyone at this company, and I am sure many others have the same problem. I have sent a message to customer support asking for a refund since I never received the product, and also to complain about their shitty service and communication. Now I know why people get so angry with companies that are just out there to scam everyone! Well done GoDa Body Oil!

Beware of changing fragrances

The first bottle I bought was lovely, scent smelt really nice. I’ve since bought two more bottles, I thought exactly the same…. same ingredients on the bottles, but completely different scent, and it made my skin sore. So beware of this

I ordered the Silk Body Oil and the Her perfume w/one Her free

I ordered the Silk Body Oil and the Her perfume. A second Her was for free. I was happy with the product, love the smell.

My problem was a subscription that I did not approve of and was charge for a 2nd order $39 and had never gotten my first order for $75.25. I had to cancel the subscription on my end with PayPal so that I would not get charged again.
I was finally able to connect with a representative by email, she cancelled the subscription on their end. I'm waiting on my refund.

I feel this first order will last me awhile and I do not need a subscription every month or so. The Goda team should not be signing you up for a subscription without your consent and telling you that other people think this is good for them. What's good for one may not be good for others and plus people are on a budget or fixed income.
But it may not have been a representative it could be a computer glitch that needs to be looked into.

It’s basically a scam

It’s basically a scam, have asked to cancel my subscription 4 times and they still haven’t emailing me back saying am I sure can not take no for an answer! Just taking money from me, it’s impossible to get through to them that you don’t want a subscription, just a money grabbing business don’t even bother unless you want to be stuck with a subscription they are refusing you to cancel!!!!

Be very Carful ordering from this company. I have requested my subscription be cancelled for the past couple months. They have charged me again for an order I do not want. When I again requested the cancellation and a FULL refund I was told they would partially refund me. I wish I had never ordered in the first place.

4 stars for the smell

I gave four stars for the smell the scents are amazing I get all kind of compliments everyday all day just walking past somebody definitely if I hug someone they're like oh my gosh first thing you smell so good only thing the company needs to do better is with their Delivery their customer service as far as reaching out to customers and getting their products out in a timely manner definitely definitely needs work it shouldn't take a month to get a product then it's overlapping the next month and it makes the customer furious to waiting on your first product from your first purchase and it ends up coming with the second purchase which is a month later that was my total experience I made my purchase March 5th I didn't get my product until like April the 12th meanwhile they had took another $35 from me for the second order for April which was April 2nd I got that order a week after I got finally got my first one that's crazy that needs to be fixed I love to continue being a customer but you guys need to work on that part of your customer service other than that great keep up the good work with the scents

Run, Don't Walk!!

I am so sorry that I didn't read these reviews before I started ordering with this company. I have had an experience similar to those noted here, trying to cancel an unauthorized subscription, charged for things I didn't want, and finding the product practically useless. At the moment, I am in the middle of my credit card disputing the charges from them, and have a package that they sent that hasn't been open and I'm trying to return it. Despite my sending at least 10 emails to them, they keep sending me products, charging me for products I didn't order, and ignoring all of my efforts to resolve it through the company. I have requested verification of the return address so I can return the last items they sent and are in dispute. I don't want them!
