I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I bought the buy one get one sale and you get a free e- book and I never received any of my order except the e~book. I asked for refund and never got it. So I’m not a happy person. They also trick you into a subscription in which you start once you order.

Do not subscribe under any…

Do not subscribe under any circumstances. I have tried on multiple occasions to cancel the subscription with absolutely no success.
They acknowledge the email, offer 50% off the subscription if you stay and keep it going regardless. These messages appear to be Bot responses. When stating again of the wish to cancel, a return response of the email being undeliverable is what’s received. It appears just to add another layer of complexity that not one but two subscriptions have been set up. I can not make it stop and have reported them to my credit card supplier as scam/fraudulent activity.

I ordered an oil from Goda a month ago, it still hasn’t been delivered. And now they have charged me for a second shipment that I didn’t ask for. I have sent them several messages about this with no response.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. When I received my first shipment I was

When I received my first shipment I was pleased. The next month I received another shipment, and realized I must be on a subscription of some type. I immediately contacted the company to cancel (the day I received the shipment) and they responded by saying my next shipment has already shipped and I would be charged for that one but then cancelled. (Really? It already shipped even though I literally just received a shipment THAT DAY). I have since received 2 more shipments & been charged EACH TIME. I cannot get this company to cancel my subscription or respond. When I go to "manage my subscription" on their website, it says I don't have one. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I'm filing a dispute with my bank to block them & try to get reimbursed.

Products never shipped …

I placed an order on February 19 today is May 12 and they still did not ship the product. Over $80 worth of product and still not shipped.

This gives unbelievable scam vibes. If I do receive the product or my money back, I will come back and give an honest review. I’ve asked for my money back four times and they refused to answer.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel an order within the time frame allotted and the company kept putting it off for 5 weeks then shipped and told me it was too late. Kept answering my emails with we will check your order status and no response after that. Now I want to return and refund and still no help DONT WASTE yOUR MONEY

Oil nice, company rubbish

Even though the oil is very nice, absorbs well and smell lovely, I’m not happy with the company. When I first ordered I did not realise it was a subscription and have been trying for approx 6weeks to arrange a return and refund. I contacted the company to cancel once I realised but the oil had already been dispatched. I emailed the company and was told there was a problem with the return address and offered a discount on my next purchase. I have emailed numerous times and each time offered future discounts. I have now been told that I can return the items at my own cost but will not get a refund until they have received and checked the product.
Will not be recommending them.

This is a scam

This is a scam. You might receive one order. They put you on a subscription and once they have your billing info they bill you and never ship anything. They claim they did with bogus tracking numbers. This is a scam. Don’t be fooled by cheap snake oil.
