I ordered in March as this was my 2nd order and knew it took a few weeks... but a few months? I have contact CS several times only to be answered by a bot with generic responses. I've tracked the order and have not seen any movement. I asked for an update and was told that it shipped and was out of their hands. I asked for a full refund as it is now mid-May and was told because it shipped it could not be refunded. Emailed the company only to have the emails rejected due to high volume of intake. Finally got through and was told I would receive a refund... that was 3 weeks ago. Not a great way for a "luxury" oil company to treat their customers. Definately, disappointed there and will not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from the website.

This is my favorite Goda perfume of all the ones I have! I can't recommend this enoug.

Absolutely amazing. Makes me really happy. Got lots of compliments.

Love the scent it. It's light not overpowering, and it stays with me most of the day.

An absolute scam. Signed up 3 months ago, have been charged for 3 months subscription and never received a thing. Despite emails to customer service, only reply has ever been an automated one about them being busy and will reply as soon as possible. Do not trust this company.

Everywhere I go I get compliments when wearing Goda for her. “Oh you smell good. What do you have on?.” I hear everytime from men and women. Love it, Love it, Love it, will definitely recommend Goda for her.

It took a a while to get. Got charged AGAIN, without asking for product.
Like the oil. Feels real nice.

I placed an order for the perfume on April 16, 2026. Here it is, May 15, 2026, almost a month later, and I have not received my order. I sent them an email asking where my order was, and they provided me with a tracking number that USPS said is invalid. When I followed up with them again with a screen print of the message from USPS saying the tracking number is invalid...crickets.
At this point, I'm ready to say "To Hell" with this company and eat the $28 I spent. And to think they were trying to sign me up for a subscription...they can forget about that!!! Never again!

I bought this as a gift and it was very well received. We are always pleased with Goda's products.

I purchased the Goda Perfume and Body Silk Oil after seeing all the advertising, but honestly the products were very disappointing. The perfume scent fades in less than 2–3 hours and does not last as advertised. The Body Silk Oil also did not make any noticeable difference to my skin despite regular use.

The products feel heavily marketed online, but the actual quality does not match the price and result . I also had to pay additional custom duties, which made the purchase even more frustrating.

Now I am requesting a refund for my money, but the company is not helping me properly with the return shipment. Instead of resolving the issue, they are offering me discounts for my next purchase. Why would I buy another product when the current one is not working well for me?

Overall, not worth the money and I would not recommend these products based on my experience.

I ordered this product on April 7 and received it on May 4th. At first I was disappointed because I didn't get any reaction from anyway, I kept using it so on my 4th day my CO workers and friends was commenting me on how good I smelled they were like what are you wearing it smells really good. It took a few days to kick in but after that non stop compliments... I really Love this product and it is true what they say about it... Gave a five star rating because Goda kept in touch with me through email and wanted my true opinion they really care about their customers and that's why I love this product🤙🫶

This company is terrible with their customers they are very inconsiderate. I tried to cancel a bogus order that was made off my credit card less than 24hrs after I saw the charge they told me they were gonna contact me after they looked over my order, a week later I received a email that it was being shipped i instantly contacted them only for them to tell me I cant get refunded bcus its in shipping status. Anytime a company care more about taking the customers money than satisfying the customers can not be trusted!
