Ordered a phone case on 5th December. That's enough time for Christmas, right? Nope it's now the 23rd, no updates on the case and clearly my daughter won't be getting it for Christmas. Gocustomized have no phone number so you cannot call them, and they provide no updates on delivery whatsoever. Awful, don't order from this company, you won't receive your order.

I ordered on the 22nd November 2022. I just picked standard delivery, as it said I should still get it by the 7th December. Now 19th Dec and still not here. I get that there has been problems with Royal Mail, but their customer service is none existent, good luck trying to contact anyone. Defo won't be using them again, unreliable.

I placed my order in November 30th and haven't received it (18th Dec). Which obviously has been affected by the postal strikes but haven't heard anything from gocustomised as to when I might get it. Probably not the best time to get the trustpilot review email to remind me I hadn't received it!

From designing it to placing the order and then receiving it, it couldn’t have run smoother. Good quality, sturdy and chic.

Although I got the wrong product the support team did an excellent job and gave me a refund code for my next order. They also got back to me in less than an hour. Suberb!

After a lot of searching looking for an interesting and individual phone cover, I happened to come upon gocustomize phone covers. Why I never thought about doing it earlier I will never know. The progress was easy from, downloading a picture, and how you wanted it, and how you wanted it sent, with regular communications of what was happening. The hardest part, choosing a picture. The phone looks great, and the cover fits very well in the hand and I can still access the buttons.

Unfortunately the writing on the phone cover is in white it would have been much more better writing in black

Very impressed with their customer service. I ordered a phone cover. The quality was very good but due to a misunderstanding, the cover wasn't for the model I needed. I contacted them and they immediately replied and refunded the cost in full.

I ordered my phone case well over a month ago and I have heard nothing. When you go on the website there seems to be no easy way to contact such as a number to find out. Payment took nothing to show from it. Disappointing!

I am still waiting for my phone case, despite being told it was dispatched on 19th April, so cannot comment on the quality of the product itself. Unfortunately the email address is a Do Not Reply address, so cannot actually contact the company directly

Edit Update: Go Customised have replied below, asking me to contact them on their website, however the only way I can do that is to log in, but the website will not allow me to, despite me trying to reset my password, in an attempt to get in.
As I cannot even get past the log in screen, this is not exactly a helpful solution for me.

11/05/2022 Update - my phone case has finally arrived today!! It is great so I have updated my review and star rating, based on the quality of the product. It is as I would have wanted it to be so very happy now. It is just a shame it took so long to arrive, but I guess that is out of everyone's control

Superb quality product. Delivery was slower than anticipated but I realise that this was outside GoCustomizeds control.

Service team arranged complimentary re-delivery of the item I ordered 21/01. Item has since been received and its great 25/01!
Great service recovery.

Ordered an iPad case on 26th December 2021 estimated delivery 10th January. Email received to say delay and this will now be 12th January. Item still to be received - contacted customer support who constantly send through the tracking link with no updated information. Advised that this would be then received by 19/20th January however item still not arrived.

Terrible..ordered a case then told an hour later it was cancelled but the money was taken then it magically turned up a week later only for it not to fit even though it was for the correct phone..oh and no response to emails despite sending several.

I ordered a Christmas phone case personalised for my wife. I payed extra for delivery to come on time. The case come today. I am very disappointed in the quality an the picture resolution on the case it is very poor for what you pay. The picture is not correctly aligned on to the phone case either. The picture was taken on a Samsung s21 ultra good quality camera. Will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a phone cover with a photograph for my son's birthday. He is very pleased with it. It was all very efficiently organised.

Excellent service. Third case from them. Good quality and strong. Did have issue with delivery but they sorted it no problem.

Ordered a iPad case for my wife’s birthday in August , allowing for plenty of time for delivery as her birthday is in October. The delivery has still not been sent and it is now the 11th October , maybe Santa might bring it !

Stay clear from ordering from this company !
