For future orders, we recommend ordering blank garments for sizing, as sizes can vary across the 90+ brands we offer.
At checkout, you can select faster production options if needed—our Economy service is 10 working days. Note that this is related to how quickly orders move through our artworking department and production facility, all orders once completed are shipped via DPD next-day delivery. Your order was delivered 2 days earlier than the date you selected at checkout.

I’ve had a couple of orders from Go, the web site is good, but the offers are about getting the timing right.
I found another company that was cheaper and did my hat order within 3 days.

Embroider a design on hoodies best day ever
I contacted the company via the website and gave my design, received the price which included putting the design into the computer, they had the hoodies that i like which are of very good quality... they had a back log of things to do and asked if i would be ok with a delay, not a problem i said, one week later they arrived , best day ever my old hoodies are thread bare, these are exactly as i thought they'd be. definitely be back for more

Incredible Customer Service & Products
I made an order for a brand campaign and Go Custom were so responsive and great in ensuring I got my order in time. Although there was a slight error/miscommunication on the finished design, Jordan and the team rectified it for me immediately, even allowing me to make last minute changes on the reprint.
What otherwise would have been a stress inducing experience was sorted calmly, kindly and professionally by GoCustom - I've been using them for years & won't get my custom merch anywhere else!

The jacket was for one colleague
The jacket was for one colleague, biggish size, and it fitted him perfectly. Now he won't be the odd one out as the whole team has those jackets.
