Made out I would be receiving a small from the discount due to being referred via a previous customer of theirs. Estimate id been given was as same price as documented on the website. I assume they'd expect me to notice. Very dishonest practic.

I used Go Convey on the recommendation of my daughter who had received very good service.
My experience was similar in that the conveyancing matters were handled diligently, professionally and within the timescales I was expecting.
Furthermore the sale had to deal with a Trust account and was dealt with sensitively with all parties informed. Special praise to Jayne Heaven who handled the case throughout.
I will be using Go Convey again.

I recently used Go Convey to handle both my house sale and purchase. I had quotes from 2 other companies and they were the cheapest. Rachel and Emma were both lovely. Polite, professional and patient. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer all my queries and were always efficient in getting back to me in a timely manner. I felt that they were very thorough in checking all the details, made more difficult by the fact we were purchasing a leasehold property. Everything was completed smoothly and before lunch on the day. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Dishonest sales pitch, assumed I wouldn’t notice the prices documented on the website when told a reduction had been made for previous customers recommendation. Continued to lie when questioned about it

Go Convey made our first house moving experience as seamless as it could have been. We encountered a few bumps in the road but Rachel & her Legal Assistant Emma were so attentive at every single stage and would always give us updates when required. We cannot recommend them enough!

We were kept informed (practically every day) throughout the whole process which was towards the end becoming very stressful due to our buyers solicitor who were an absolute waste of time! Which just proves how much reviews can help when choosing a company to deal with your sale/purchase. Lisa & Emma worked so hard on our behalf & I can’t thank them enough.

Honestly the best solicitors you can use! I’ve used Go Convey twice now for buying and selling - they’re exceptional! We had a difficult purchase and Emma and Lisa were very patient and always communicating with me which is key.
