scammers and rats
They tried to set up a subscription for £40.56 via my Santander account. To the banks credit, they smelled a rat and informed me and cancelled it
£165 stolen to date, no idea how
I have no idea who this company is but they have been taking £29.99 out of my bank every month since March 2025. I notices last months and thought it was for a small shop I had used my card in so never queried at the time. Further attempt to take £14.99 today so I have reported as fraud. Bank has frozen my card and is investigating. I have lost a total of £164.94 and as someone who is very careful, have no idea how this has happened. Please check your bank!
Also, please do not attempt to call the company. The number is also a scam. Call your bank.
SCAM MONGERS!!
I downloaded the Morrisons app on my phone a couple of weeks ago, little did I know I got hacked whilst doing this!
My bank told me a subscription of £40.46 had been taken just before my purchase in Morrisons.
I definitely did not subscribe to go care help . Com !! This must've got through whilst downloading app!! Have had a refund from the bank and they have blocked them so they can't take anymore money.
So glad I do online banking otherwise I might not have known!!

Call your banks, block them from any future attempts. Barclays told me to check my spam mail, & there it was, an email from these scumbags telling me my 3 day trial period was over even without signing up to anything..
Be careful folks..

I’ve had the gocarehelp.com fraudulent company try to take £40.56 from my account and set up a direct debit. I have stopped the direct debit and renewed my debit card as they somehow skimmed it! I have to wait 10 days as the payment is pending still before I can claim the £40.56 back and get a fraudulent action started. Be careful of this scam company!
A fraudulent company
A fraudulent company. Took money from my wife's credit card. Call your bank and report as fraud.
The same as all the other reviews
The same as all the other reviews, it attempted to take money from my card
I noticed it and managed to stop it
Stopped my apple pay from working for other purchases
Similar situation to the rest of the reviews, this random website randomly tries to take money from my account but failed. I need to get this checked with the bank, as since then my apple pay has not been working even though every time I have tried I've had more than enough money that I needed to buy what I was trying to purchase. I'm assuming this has caused my apple pay to stop working.

Trying now to take 40.56 from my account- it’s pending. I have reported it as unknown. How on earth did they get my details? Who are they? My card is frozen whilst investigation is going on.
This morning I called 08000418781 and a very polite lady refunded and closed account. So I don’t know if there are more than one of the same named companies operating.
Complete Scam - report to your bank
A company I've never heard of (gocarehelp.com) attempted to take £40.56 from my account via my debit card. Fortunately, the banks anti-fraud system spotted it and threw it out! Upon contacting my bank, it appears that they have also tried to set up a recurring payment, hence the retries that people have noted. I also cancelled that. As to how the fraudsters have acquired my card details is anyone's guess but most likely down to a data leak or hack. My suggestion would be to change your debit card.
Seems to be a SNEAKY ATTACHMENT to BANK APP
BE VERY CAUTIOUS I downloaded the Barclays Bank app for my iPad and while downloading it attached or inserted the Gocarehelp app at the same time. This appeared to come as part of my bank app, and of course it will now have my bank details. I closed it down and checked trustpilot sure enough it’s appears to be a scam. I’ve informed Barclays who knew nothing about it., I’ve attempted to cancel the gocare app, telephone contact is impossible and they hang up so attempted email
