Bus broke down and had to wait for a new bus.

I think both rides were fantastic, kind of wish we could of stopped to stretch out legs or make the seats more far apart as my legs were in so much pain the entire ride but over all it was fantastic

In general I have had decent experiences on Go Buses, and the drivers and personnel have been friendly and professional and the equipment clean and well functioning, but there are a couple of big concerns I have. First, I am not a fan of the change that was made recently to make tickets non-alterable within a 48 hour window; for me, flexibility and price is the only reason I would choose the bus on the competitive route between New York and Boston and Go Buses should not be making things hard. I will be unlikely to ride again with this company until they change this. Second, I am not a fan of the "booking fee" which is just a hidden price increase. Listed prices should be transparent, I do not appreciate these games. One more thing: This is just a strange thought, but has Go Buses considered having a stop somewhere near the highway and at the terminus of a subway line in the Bronx (i.e., Wakefield or Pelham Bay Park) rather than try to slog into the west side of Manhattan? It would probably save an hour or more of agonizing traffic for riders, although I suppose that some riders don't want to be in the Bronx.

I do wish passengers would respect basic etiquette such as not taking up seats with their bags on a crowded bus. Drivers should make announcements/reminders that this is not acceptable.

Great trip Boston to New York, really easy and arrived almost outside our hotel!!
Staff were great and coach really comfortable, just a bit warm but better than being cold.

The bus driver got lost - he did not know where the pick-up spot was in MD. This resulted in us taking a 45 min detour, which caused us to hit NYC rush hour and I missed Valentine's Day dinner reservations with my boyfriend which was the entire reason I was traveling up there anyways. Very upset with this service, and will not be using this company again.

Trip was very smooth. Very clean going out to NY, bus was a bit dirty going back to Vienna.

The chair was a bit uncomfortable, kept making me leaning forward.

Overall experience is very good.

We took the bus one of the coldest days of this winter, and the more than 3hours ride from NY to Providence, not heater at all. We used all our stuff (jackets, scarf, gloves) inside the bus. It was so cold inside that we couldn’t feel our feet and we got sick. Never again we will use your company.

I have not traveled on the GO bus yet. I have a ticket for April but I am disappointed in that you don't have early morning trips that leave Providence. Most of them seem to be after 10 AM. It would be good to have an early Wednesday trip too so that we could see a Broadway matinee.

We arrived in a timely manner on both trips which was appreciated. However, the bus on the way down and back from NYC was so hot I thought I was going to be sick. People repeatedly asked the driver to turn the heat down before anything was done.
I would like to compliment the young woman at the desk at Riverside. She was incredibly patient and helpful when I had a problem with my ticket. Conversely, I had to call the main number for another problem on Sunday, February 16. The woman on the phone that afternoon was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to bar none. Let's hope you don't need help when she is on duty.

The driver leaving NYC let us get on the bus early because of the cool weather. I appreciated that. He was a good guy. The driver drove well and safely in the rain. Coming back went well too. I rate GO BUSES five stars.

The bus in Cambridge was not identified as a Go Bus (it was painted with the name of a college) so I almost missed it. It arrived in NY 1 1/2 hours late.
The return trip boarded 20 minutes late and passengers weren't given water or the wifi password. That was the good part. Then it became terrifying. The driver got lost three times and asked passengers to give him directions. He drove on a highway with restricted access due to low overpasses (passenger cars only) and then turned around and got on the same highway. A new driver got on in Newton (after the driver got lost again trying to find Riverside Station) and said the other driver was on his first trip. I called customer service the next day and was told by an incredibly rude man that drivers have to provide their own GPS and can call a dispatcher if they are lost. The driver on my bus did not seem to have had any training and should not have been put on a bus full of people to try to find his own way from NY to Boston. We could have all been killed if he had hit an overpass.
