Where is my package
Where is my package? Two days ago I got an email saying it would be delivered that day. Two days later, no delivery and when I try to track the package......technical difficulties, no information. I've now had to email the seller. Im waiting for a response. I intentionally ordered from a Canadian company, which uses a Canadian shipper and this is the service I get.

Go Bolt texted emailed me when the order was received and again when it was being shipped. They sent a tracking email so I could where they were on the delivery day. I received a text when the delivery was made. Great! No complaints.

Poor Delivery! I would like to make a complaint about…
I would like to make a complaint about your delivery system. These costly items from Mini Mioche were tossed at the top of our driveway during a rainstorm--November, 2025, a Christmas present. The driveway is neither long or steep. What happened to delivering packages to the front door? As it was, the outside covering of green plastic was soaked. Inside the items were damp. I paid top dollar for these items and I had expected a better system of delivery.

Employees did a great job and worked quickly
The guys who did the delivery were great. The only issue was the delivery window was 9am until 9pm which made booking the service elevator on advance impossible. My building management weren't happy with the time that arrived but what can you do, they worked all day.

Horrible. They said I had an address issue when my address was correct. They didn’t want to deliver my medication which I needed before my trip. Do not use them if you actually want your order delivered.
