They claimed to try and deliver my package TWICE at 5am while I’m at work with no warning they’d be coming so early. Husband swore no one attempted to come in to deliver. The minute I saw they didn’t deliver the package again I asked customer support if they could try again since no one knew they be at my house at FIVE AM and they refused to help. My package is sitting just a few miles from me and I am helpless. They won’t return it. I can’t pick it up. I’m starting to doubt they even attempted to deliver it at all.

Company shipped and delivered extremely fast! I had no issues with delivery, the delivery guy was even considerate enough to ring my doorbell. Very pleased customer!

These UnTrained Deliveries Guys will not Put the Package at my Door. All they have to Do is call me. They keep leaving the Package outside the Building where people Steal our Shipped Items. Please call us , the number is there.

Delivery was professional and thorough. I was surprised by how much work went into constructing the individual pieces, so thankful for the efficiency.

I dinged a star simply because I requested a 1-5 PM time slot, but the delivery showed up an hour earlier at 11:40 AM. Just be aware of this and keep your schedule more open than you'd expect.

The person who delievered my package, STOLE IT. I’ve asked all of my neighbors, and yet they have not received my package. It said it delivered yesterday morning. I check the photo, the guy doesn’t even show where my package is, it’s just a close up photo in his car with no background.

Package arrived safely on my secure porch. It's been raining & I was worried it would get wet. Delivery person followed instructions to a tee.

Not once but twice I placed an order through a merchant and it was being delivered through GoBolt. I never got the item although they both showed delivered. I live 5 miles from the pickup location and tell me why it would take till 9:30pm or almost 10pm to deliver the items if that is the case. The first delivery photo showed the shipping label cut off the box and a close to taken. The second photo, it's so blurry it's a streak of light. I solely believe the drivers are stealing the packages. I've reported it and it's sad that the merchant is losing money due to this poor service.

Delivered on said date,only not to my unit door as i requested,but ledt in the lobby.

I got notifications that my packages were delivered and a picture to prove it. The items were stolen by the delivery person, because the picture that was sent to me was of a mailbox the same unit # as mine only no package in site. I ordered two items from different vendors in TikTok, but the delivery person used same photo for both. I don't have a mailbox in my address.

Was good. Able to track the delivery driver is great so that I can meet them and not have my packages stolen

First time hearing about this company (and I'm a shopaholic) Driver was great. Loved the fact that you can live track driver so you know exactly when delivery is being made. Cool feature especially around the holidays when packages get stolen more.
