Had a problem with my order, ( not bluetech’s fault), but Rich made it right, great customer service and great products.

I love my Blu Tech Rv products. The filters and water Softner have made a tremendous difference in water quality at campgrounds.

Too expensive

After being a customer for over two years, I decided to a update my system with the Black Tank flush adapter and the Smart Cap upgrade. Blu Tech just keeps getting better and better. What will they come up with next ? I had a few questions about the videos were most helpful. My parts were delivered in less than a week after purchased. THANK YOU !!

Best customer support ever. Instead of asking me to buy a replacement system, they patiently entered my questions about how I could modify my existing blu tech solution to get what I needed. Prompt, insightful response responses. I love this company!

The service department was straightforward with the equipment I needed. I was a little skeptical due to our location in the red dirt country of East Texas, on well water loaded with iron ore but it’s been over a month and our water is clear with no smell. I couldn’t be happier!

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I have installed the unit in our RV but have not tested its function with the filters installed. I live in the Midwest and it has turned cold. The RV is winterized and will not be testing the system with filters and water until we head south in Dec.

With the cost of this filter I did not want the portable version sitting out where someone could steal it. For that reason I went with the installed option. What I would have liked is the direct garden hose attachment option made available. If that option is on your website, I could not find it. Instead I ended up using pex and connectors to make it work for my situation.

I am very satisfied with the performance of my filtering system. I'm using the CHI filter, R3, and softener. Whenever I needed support, I received answers very quickly with clear and concise instructions.

I purchased and installed the TRIO fixed mount filter system in our 2023 Entegra Cornerstone and all I can say is that it’s a game changer. Easy to install and the water tastes amazing!!!

The product is good works well nice quality, but we are missing 2 pieces. the carry bag for the filter system and the extra filters that were supposed to come with the kit. I called and didn't get a response my contact information is 541-228-0231
