Bad customer service

I've had very bad experience with gobettertoday website. I've made an order through their website after trying their product from Amazon. The order arrived and it was one third of the ammount I ordered. It was well packaged so I guessed it was honest mistake and they will refund me or send me the remaining. I tried contacting them through their different emails but got no answer for 3 weeks now. I also tried contacting them through their instagram and they replied. After explaining my problem, they ignored me and didn't reply afterwards. I never use Trustpilot till now. I just wanted to warn people from using this website. If someone really want their product, use Amazon and don't go to them directly.
