Not professional
I placed an order 10 days ago and haven't received anything, even though I have an email confirming my subscription. I’ve written to them about this lack of communication, but they don't reply. There is no way to contact them by phone. They monitor their site to prevent their artificially inflated rating from dropping, even though they aren't a serious company. I'm giving it 1 star just to be able to post the review—that's all. Be warned: they are unprofessional.
Titre : Commande fantôme et aucun service clientAvis : Boutique à fuir. J'ai passé et confirmé une commande avec paiement à la livraison, mais elle n'a jamais été honorée. Le service client est totalement inexistant : aucune réponse à mes e-mails et aucun numéro de téléphone pour les joindre. De plus, leur site bloque volontairement la possibilité de laisser des avis pour afficher une note de 4,9/5 totalement truquée. Heureusement que je n'ai pas payé d'avance. Soyez vigilants.
