Disappointed

I emailed Goat regarding sneakers that I never received and now one has gotten back to me yet. This was sent in February.

Not worth the risk

I placed a large order and your customer service is awful. The Pokemon product was a previous open and reseal and the response from GOAT was weak. One of the pairs of shoes I ordered never arrived and weeks later I get an email and then a refund. This is a lemonade stand company. I'll never use it again.
