Disgraceful Company

This is the most difficult company I have ever had to deal with.
I would give zero stars if I could. After my bank declined the first fee of £0.50, I assumed this site was a scam site. The following day they tried to take the £39 subscription fee.
Due to the first payment declining, this would mean I did not sign up to a subscription service.
However they took the £39 payment and after numerous emails back and forth, with which I provided screen shots of the first payment declining, they refused to refund the £39 which they shouldn’t have taken.
Absolute disgrace of a company. I still believe they are scam - AVOID!

One star doesn’t warrant this appalling…

One star doesn’t warrant this appalling treatment of people plus it doesn’t work. Be very careful of trying to cancel your 50p 24hr trial as when your child is in an emergency and you cancel £40 later they will charge you without any warning.
I’ve tried for a refund nothing, do not use
