Defective gloves
I ordered a pair of keeper gloves (Rinat) for my son. The gloves were delivered fairly quickly considering they were shipped to the United States. After they arrived is where the problems started. The gloves were not brand new and had tears (stitching was undone). We e-mailed support twice without a response.

Worst customer experience + terrible product description
Quite simply the worst customer experience imaginable. Avoid this company at all costs. The goods delivered were wildly different from the size described, meaning they were completely useless to me. The subsequent efforts to explain and resolve this were handled terribly by the seller. This happened not once, but twice. I've been left significantly out of pocket after weeks of unhelpful communications and without the goods I desperately needed. I'd give zero stars if I could.
UPDATE: As an update, the seller's response to my initial comment above further emphasises their lack of awareness of the shortcomings of both their products and their customer service. It was not a voluntary return - their UK sizing is completely wrong, and this should be very clear to them from many previous unsatisfied customer comments on exactly the same issue. Clearly they don't listen and don't care. They will not listen or acknowledge, so they will never learn or improve. Simple as that.

The return policy you agreed to at the time of purchase clearly states that, in the case of a voluntary return, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs will be our responsibility if the product is actually damaged/defective or the item is incorrect.

I won’t be buying from this website again due to ridiculous return prices. If I had realised I would have bought from a different website and paid slightly higher initial cost.

Refund took a while, but was done properly
I ordered a product, got messages about the delivery. That was good. On a saturday the product would be delivered but on Monday the status changed in: the product is sent back to the sender.
Since 2 weeks, this is the status. No refund. No product.
To be fair:
Refund recieved!
So delivery was not succesfull, there was a refund!
So for now, not too happy with the process.

Delivery to Australia takes a long time
I ordered a pair of soccer boots from Goalinn, the price was just $10 cheaper than other domestic stores in Australia. The Goalinn website advertised the delivery within two weeks (I ordered on the 13th and the website estimated delivery date was between Monday 19 May and Friday 23 May). I needed the soccer boots for the 25th, so based on the website I thought they would arrive by Friday 23. They didn't arrive for until another extra 10 days, they arrived on the 2nd of June, that is two more weekends after the estimated delivery date given by Goalinn. So, it took 3 weeks in total for the parcel to be delivered. The lesson learnt here, is "Order from Goalinn if you are happy to wait 3 weeks or more for your order to be delivered to your home". If you need your order sooner then don't order from Goalinn. The items are sent from Spain via The Netherlands, so it takes quite a long time to make the way to Australia.

The product was fine but return fee!!
The product was fine, just changed my mind and decided to return. The problem is the cost and time for the return with shipment being outside the U.K. The return fee was £11.99 for a shipping label, this is after paying £6.99 for original shipment. The return fee is not stated in the T&C’s before purchasing.
Basically make sure you definitely want it before purchasing otherwise the return fees will bite you!

Don’t trust the delivery date
Product is good, but the date given for delivery do not reflect on the date delivered.
What is the point to sell a product and promise a date if u can’t deliver when people need?

Gloves didn't arrive within the estimated delivery date, which was why I chose this retailer over another.
Just be wary if you need them in a hurry—they're coming from abroad, so the expedited P&P option was extortionate.
