We signed a contract 8 months ago and were informed that the results would be delivered within 2–4 months. However, after 8 months, the process is still not completed. We were later told that the delay was related to us, which we do not agree with.

Based on our experience, we feel that we did not receive the level of service, communication, and attention we expected. The process took much longer than initially stated, and this caused us significant time loss and financial disappointment.

In our opinion, Ms. Rabia’s communication style was not professional. During this already stressful period, communication was inconsistent, and responses were not always timely.

They used a little while to answer sometimes, but they are good at their job and they know the law in scandinavian countries good. Go to Sweden gave us hope for life. We have had a turbulent period when my husband received bad answers from the Migration Board that he had to leave Sweden to move back to his home country. We lived in worry and stress, did not know where to go but made the decision to contact Go to Sweden and it was the best decision we made.
