Ordered a 'Brand New' item which…
Ordered a 'Brand New' item which although sealed, was clearly used. There was hair on one of the discs. I requested refund, which they accepted but in spite of them receiving the returned item, I'm still waiting for my money back. No apology either.

Good price and fast delivery
The package arrived before the delivery time, which was a nice surprise since its normal delivery was fast as it was.
The products was just as described, in brand new condition and of good quality.
This might or might not be out of the seller's hands, but the only detail with the product's packaging was that it stated that it came with a type C usb but it comes with a mini USB. The product in question was the Cable Guy Banjo Kazooie controller holder.
Other than that, everything was great, would buy from them again.

Ordered a game. It was never delivered and upon a polite request for package tracking information this company replied nothing for a week and issued a refund without any comment or explanation. I suggest you shop somewhere else if you don't want to waste a month of your time and actually get what you are looking for.
