These folks are liars and thieves

These folks are liars and thieves. They lied about sending my card, lied about expediting it (charged me a fee and then gave me a fake tracking number), lied about it numerous times. Someone needs to consider shutting this place down.

Go to bank has to be one of the worst online banks ever I made a purchase from Amazon go to bank is disputing the transaction now I am locked out of my Amazon account due to this nonsense go to Banks answer for everything is to send you a new card instead of dealing and fixing the situation

Don't use Go2

Don't use Go2, they have hidden fees that will add up, and if you call and question them, they will just hang up.

GO2bank received stolen property, it didn't go into the closed bank account.

If there was a number less than 0 I would rate it negative 10.
This bank does not confirm personal information nor does it request personal information to assist victims of fraud.
Someone opened an account under my personal information: a paid for email address, SSN, Birthdate, home address different phone number. I was alerted to this and I immediately closed the account permanently for fraud. But they would not provide me with any of "My Account" information. Since I didnt open it, I did not receive the account number. I wanted o know if it matched the account that my hacked Coinbase money was going to. So $20,000 went to Go2bank but I could not confirm this account even though it was closed. So GO2bank basically received stolen money and did not care.

BLOCKED Again by Go2Bank

Once again my account is blocked due to suspicious activity. The suspicious activity: Purchasing gift cards offered to me via e-mail BY go2bank.com. Thats it...I simply purchased several gift cards for various retailers through the Go2Bank app and viola! Account BLOCKED...AGAIN!!!
As instructed by the app and an e-mail I contacted customer service...what a JOKE! They told me to submit required proof of identity to which I agreed and asked them HOW to do that...use the link in the e-mail we sent...there was and is no link and after three days I am no closer to resolving this idiotic event that has my funds in go2bank.com held hostage!!!

If it was possible to leave a minus…

If it was possible to leave a minus star review. They would have minus five stars in my opinion. I didn't have access to my bank account using the app or the website for nearly 3 weeks and out of all the phone calls I made and people I talked to and disconnections I had to go through. Nobody could tell me what the issue was. At the end of the day I ended up adding my go-to card onto a brand new account to transfer the funds and was able to do so. I am most definitely closing this account but I first have to make sure my direct deposit goes into another account before I do so. This was the worst account I've ever had in my life. Customer service was not helpful ever. And after all the trouble I had went through, they still charged me a $5 maintenance fee and refused to give it back to me even though I was not able to have access to my account for nearly a month. They can keep their $5 cuz at this point I would pay them just to not have anything to do with them. I do not recommend using this account.

IM SO MAD I USED THIS BANK MAN I HAD GOT A ADVANCE ON MY TAXES AND THEY SENT IT TO GO2BANK AND GO2BANK SAYING THEY REJECTED AND SENT IT BACK ALREADY....BUT MY TAX BANK DON'T HAVE ANYTHING I FEEL LIKE THEY A SCAM IM UPSET WITH MY SITUATION THIS YEAR I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE SO DID ANYBODY EVA GET THEY MONEY BACK FRM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, I'm not writing this in anger or because of anything they personally did to me. This is just flat out by far the worst banking app I've ever experienced. Trust a real review that is actually honest, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Fraudsters asking to remit funds into Go2Bank

I just came across a person impersonating as our vendor, asked us to change a genuine vendor's bank account detail. We requested for void check and even a void check was provided. The bank was Go2bank. after a couple of days when our supplier called us, we found that the vendor did not receive the funds and the vendor said they never ask us to change the bank account number. We find that the fraudsters are using Go2bank to direct the funds and withdraw the month from this bank. In the last 6 months I have come across multiple invoices from various company names (all fraud names) asking us to pay the bill into Go2bank. There is no doubt that a bunch of fraudsters have accounts in Go2bank.

go2bank is the worst for taxes

used freetaxusa to do my taxes like i do every year. this time it offered go2bank for 5 days early deposit and sent me a link to make an account but the link doesn't work. when i tried going to call them the first man i talked to told me the links are lies and not to trust them. then he told me i just needed my email and name to access the account. the email is in use so i cant 'make' an account and the forgot password side asks for a card number which i don't have. told the man and he gave me a phone number to 'escalate' the situation and hung up. the number was for card activation which i told him i don't have. next call man asks for my card number 4 times and every time i say i don't have a card. this one just hangs up. third time i asked for a supervisor. the 'supervisor' listens and does a similar thing then hangs up when i repeat i don't have a card. now i don't know what's happening with my tax refund and i have a bank account where the bank can charge me and i don't have any idea or say. not to mention every person talked to had a middle eastern accent which gives me the feeling this is a scam bank that only uses foreign call centers to scam people. now if freetax does not fix this i am going to never use them and hope there is some way to report them for indulging in this.

They do NOT properly perform due diligence for their customers. I received a scam email asking me to move money into an account at GO2BANK which was clearly not vetted. Beware dealing with anyone who has an account here--make sure you KNOW who they are, or ask to send money someplace else.

They be scamming scamming
Everything cost when doing anything with your money
From deposit money without direct deposit
to sending money from card
to overdraft charges on each one no matter the amount of purchase
They are hard to talk to and understand
They just read scripts to you
Bad representations of company
Any bank is most likely better than this wanna be bank
Save your money cause Go2 act like they the ones struggling not society!!!

First of your reps should speak english you can understand, and second THEY should be able to tell a person their transactions. If I do not get any orders in a reasonable time I will be turning your business over to better Business bureau, you got the last cent from me, yes I'm spreading the word

Will not allow you to close the…

Will not allow you to close the account!! I believe that is illegal? Can't pay bills with it because it is restricted. Says that you can not have deposits to the account yet it does but if you don't have a debit card you cannot spend any of the money.
What they should do is close the account and send me a check for the amount in the account.

This card is used to scam senior citizens. I never applied for this card

I never applied for this card, and I got caught in the elaborate rooms under the guys of my Apple car being hacked. The scammers used supposedly a decoy card so that I would not get hacked in my regular credit cards in Loan behold even though I took it off Venmo. I just lost $1010 to this card that I don’t even have and I can’t figure out how to get any contact with them this is a very bad institution. A very bad card. I’m out $1000 and more.

Do not use this bank

Do not use this bank, it's a fraud and won't let you take out your money , they also charge $50 per month to keep your money in the worst bank. They have customer service who don't understand english
