If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would do it without hesitation. I paid to have a song made and was told it would be completed the same day. At first, everything seemed smooth, and I thought I was dealing with people who actually stood by their word. That impression did not last long.
After receiving the first version, I asked for the free redo that was clearly promised. That is when the experience turned into a string of delays, excuses, and assurances that never led anywhere. Every time I reached out, I was told it was being worked on, that it was almost ready, that I would have it soon. Soon apparently means something very different to them than it does to everyone else.
Here I am four days later, and I have nothing. No revision, no finished work, no real explanation, just silence broken occasionally by another promise that disappears as quickly as it is made. It feels like watching someone keep dangling something just out of reach, telling you to be patient while they slowly walk away with your money.
What frustrates me the most is that I was not difficult to work with. I was patient. I was respectful. I gave them time and the benefit of the doubt again and again, believing they would follow through. Instead, I am left feeling like I was strung along while the clock kept ticking and my wallet got lighter.
This whole experience feels less like working with a professional service and more like chasing smoke, every time you think you are close to something real, it slips through your fingers and disappears. I trusted them to deliver what they advertised, and that trust was completely misplaced.
At this point, I do not just feel disappointed, I feel misled. A service that can take payment instantly but cannot deliver on its promises or communicate honestly is not a service I would ever recommend to anyone. If you value your time, your patience, or your money, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
