Chair never opened as advertised and often stuck trying to prise it open, then axles developed a fault and make an awful metallic grinding noise - have tried every method of contact, email website contact, social media media etc never had any response and the chair is unusable - avoid this company as they have no interest in customer service
I bought a Zoof Wheelchair for my mother, since it was needed.
We had tried some other brands and models, but the zoof was the most comfortable for my mother to sit in over a longer time period. Also it was much easier for me as a relative to push and maneuver. Also it folds nicely to put in the trunk of the car.
When we are out walking it is great that it has space for bags under the seat. My mother is also very happy with the design and the beautyful blue color which is much better looking than all other wheelchairs we tried and saw. She has also received many compliments from her friends.
All in all we are very happy with the zoof wheelchair
