Go Sharing bikes is scamming people

Go Sharing bikes and scooters are comitting theft. It's impossible to get your money back that is left in your account. Meanwhile it's impossible to go to zero euro, you either go under or have remaining balance. Which is completely theft.

Ive been using their bikes for months now. But I kept having problems. Bikes not starting, broken or they drive 21 instead of 25. Causing a 20% more in payment.

I feel that this company is starting to scam people to get revenue for their losses.

Random 300 euro fines half a year after riding

I got three fines yesterday (around 300 euros) for apparently wrong parking scooter from 6 months ago. I'm praying to god that there won't be more randomly coming in. This can't be legal, they should make it very clear that parking scooters on the sidewalk can get you randomly fined if the wegenwacht feels like it.
And then only getting them half a year later sucks even more, because I stopped riding the scooters a while ago but this company is still haunting me even after I stopped using their products. Keep doing this and you can expect a class action lawsuit from the people you messed up with these random fines and unclear parking zones.

Awful service, Awful E-bike design

My car was damaged by one of their heavy e-bikes that was parked on a sidewalk not attached to anything. When I called them to report the damage, they asked me to fill in a form and send it back (standard procedure). When I called back 2 weeks after, no one knew of any update, and they didn't know whom to reach out to for info. Overall awful service quality and even WORSE PRODUCT DESIGN :)

Go Sharing, take time and GO test your products before rolling them out.

Way too expensive

I like the idea of sharing e-bikes and scooters. The main benefit from it should be sharing and reducing costs. The current tariffs of GO Sharing are outrageous though. Renting an e-bike at my local bike shop is €25 a day, whereas Go Sharing almost charges the same amount per hour. Same goes for their scooters, won’t be using both unless they reduce their fares or only when I’m desperate to get home at night.

Horrible service.

Worst customer care ever. The person on the call was very very rude.
I’m a customer who uses go scooter frequently, however go doesn’t care about that and just wants to cash money.

I used an e-bike yesterday and apparently it didn’t get shut off properly. Even though the bike beeped and got shut off. The e-bike was parked at around 1 km from the city center.

Today I saw that I got an email at 2 am (!) asking me to pick up the bike all the way in Geldrop before 9 am or else I would have to pay €200 plus additional €75 fine.

Someone joyrided the bike for 940 mins!! All the way to Geldrop.

Right now I’m not in the position to pick it up (and I shouldn’t I feel) and I called the customer care to solve it. From the beginning the agent was really unfriendly and said I had to pick up the bike from Geldrop and otherwise I would have to pay €200 + €75 fine.

First off all, how is it possible that someone joyrides for 940 mins! That’s almost 16 hours! Who the hell bikes for almost 16 hours like that. Couldn’t you figure out something weird is going on? How is that even possible with your system??

Second of all, I used your service so many times and spent quite some money on you, this is how you repay your customer? With this kind of service ?

And the agent didn’t think once that €200 is quite some money for a ride I used for 10 mins.

I had one time a problem with a felyx bike which wasn’t turning off and their service was so much better. They helped me really friendly and even waited with me to solve the problem. From the beginning the go agent was really unfriendly. I can’t imagine that this is okay in a call center. Being rude, providing no solution. As long as I was using their services and nicely paying them it was okay, as long as I didn’t “disturb” their customer service. Now after spending so much money I need a little help, I get treated like this. I will definitely use felyx instead of Go.

Horrible service and when I contacted the chat service after the call, the agent typed in poor Dutch rudely and after that didn’t reply. It shows how the customer service at Go scooter operates.

Mismanaging of fines, exorbitant hidden costs

Unfortunately after believing all was great with this service, I received a 80€ bill without explanation. After some chasing, they communicate I have been fined for parking in the wrong place *nine* months ago. This leaves no space for actually checking this was the case, and it’s well outside the timeframe to appeal the fine, as it is within my rights. Now I’m kind of terrified there may be more hidden fines, wrong or right, they’ve not notified me of and they’ll send without a proper explanation. On that basis, I will not use again (specially now that I’ve seen in their t&c>other costs the amount of money they can charge you for things like a broke battery, up to thousands of euros)

UNFAIR FINES!!!

If someone moved the scooter to a red zone and you were the LAST one to use it, you will have to pay the fine.
If police fines the scooter for parking on the green zone marked in Go Sharing app, you will have to pay the fine. SCAM!
